Bought a lawn tractor online that returned out to be too small. Spoke with the store manager, who arranged for return. She was extremely helpful and professional. This could not have gone any better.

The person who helped me was very nice. He bought my heavy item to the front of the store for my purchase and then helped me by putting it in my vehicle.

They are super helpful! Even if I don’t know what I’m looking for they always help me find exactly what I need. The associates are friendly and helpful.

This is the best Home Depot store I've ever been in. Carlton and other employees like him make the trip worthwhile!

Well, if he isn’t a manager, he should be, he was incredibly helpful, eager and explained everything I needed for my project in a way I could understand and helped me find each item even though some of it was in another department. He should be your highest paid employee if he isn’t already

Shopped online for appliances and printed items to take to the store to see them for real. The appliance specialist was top-notch in asking relevant questions and making suggestions to make final decisions. The questions were thoughtful, safety related, and took into account of what I had said was important to how I would use them.

This Home Depot have knowledgeable and helpful employees

I recently moved from St Pertersburg FL area. HD there are not as clean or well stocked. Employees are not as friendly or helpful.

Been working on a home renovation and am buying all my supplies at the Lynchburg, VA Home Depot. Everyone is very friendly and extremely willing to help. This Home Depot always has what I need. Great shopping experience!

I was greeted by Tim from the Garden section. He was extremely polite and helped me tremendously. He helped me bring the grill to the checkout and then helped me load it on my trailer.

I received outstanding customer service with a difficult return. Cameron came in to help on a very busy day and her sensitivity and skillfulllness were stellar!

We only use Behr paints in our home projects. It is by the superior product to many paints found in other home improvement stores.

Today we went to the Lynchburg store. Charles in plumbing helped us. He is fantastic! He is kind. He greeted us and really is a happy employee. I felt like he is passionate about serving others. We also met Liz at check out. She is happy. Kind and talkative. We will be coming back and no longer going to the other large chain home improvement store.

I have shopped at the Lynchburg Home Depot hundreds of times of the years and cannot remember a time where I wasn’t greeted with kindness and a helpful attitude by all the employees.

It is clean and organized. Staff are so friendly. There was one employee on his break and he offered to take my cart anyway. He was smiling and happy. That is above and beyond. I wish I caught his name.

Long time employees speak volumes and this Home Depot has many of the original staff from when they opened. They are friendly, knowledgeable about the products and always helpful.

The store is clean, the staff is knowledgable as well as friendly...and in most cases, the inventory is deep. The quality of the merchandise seems a cut above the other home improvement stores...but the prices are competitive.

Clean, well-stocked store with room to move around. Like the self-scan check out too.
