I HIGHLY recommend visiting the Lynchburg, Virginia Home Depot. The sales associates are so friendly and helpful! I think that the employees of this store should receive special recognition for friendly, knowledgable and consistent customer service. This is what truly sets their store above the rest!

Sarah P. is the best! I was so lucky she was the one who helped me with my curbside pickup. While I only got two of the six planters I had ordered after driving two hours, she found a way to get the rest of my order from my local Home Depot. Mind you, I had gone to the Home Depot near me to look for the item and asked for help and tried to order online only for it to get cancelled and calling them up to see if they did store transfers, which was I was told that they did not do (when I spoke to Sarah P., she told me this was not the case and the Richmond store does transfers). She called them up because it appeared in their inventory (I had just ordred this at 7pm the night before and it stated that Richmond had 0 in stock at the time) and made sure that the associate checked that it was available and on hand and to hold it there for me. I am so grateful for her help and willingness to turn the situation around. I had drove six hours the week prior to another location and was not met with a fraction of the customer service experience I had here.

The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. The plants in the garden center are beautiful and well-tended. This is a well-maintained store throughout and I really appreciate how easy it is to get in and out of the parking lot without fighting traffic. Easy access, friendly people, and great products.

We always seem to have a great experience shopping at our local Home Depot. Employees are willing to help and also make you feel appreciated for your business. Today we cashed out in the garden center where Elizabeth really made my day with her effervescent personality. She is a treasure!

Elizabeth was very friendly and there to assist with my checkout and there was no problems. Thanks for all their assistance.

Took 10 minutes to find someone to help me. Customer service was rude and didn’t want to help. Waved me over to the counter as if she didn’t want to help me but was being forced to wait on me. I was not returning anything; just trying to order something for in-store delivery. Was told conflicting information by two different employees. Was not happy when I left.

Very helpful customer service center also called mill works which returned my call answered all my questions and had my order ready for purchase when I arrived. Highly recommend the Lynchburg Home Depot for all your home improvement needs.

Excellent store with excellent products and excellent customer service. When you enter the store and are helped by any sales associate you quickly find out you are not just another dollar in the till, but a friend to be helped. Don't waste your time going to the competitors' stores. When you exit this Home Depot, you leave with a smile and with money still in your wallet.

Store is always neat and clean. Very happy with two of their employees in the paint dept (Pat and Elise) These ladies went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Excellent customer service, which is a rare find in most stores! Giving 5 stars because of them!

THIS STORE IS VERY WELL MANAGED. I HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF INSTANCES WHERE A PRODUCT DID NOT PERFORM AND THE PRODUCT WAS TAKEN BACK WITH NO QUESTIONS AND I WAS GIVEN A STORE CREDIT. THE PEOPLE HERE ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN FINDING PRODUCTS AND THEY ARE KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL.

I LOVE THE TILES that Home Depot offers!!! Mr.Matt was very helpful!! All of the tiles I needed weren't in stock but Matt was able to help me order as many as I needed. He also helped me get the two different types of grout that I needed. He also helped me find the spacers specifically for my tile.

Loren in the paint department is phenomenal! She took the time to help me choose the right paint for my project. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Store was clean and organized. Check out man was good to check pieces of trim and adjust for breaks.

The store was very clean & all of the employees were friendly & helpful. Charles, who works in the plumbing, heating & cooling section was extremely helpful with our hot water heater purchase. Malakia, our cashier, was friendly & made sure that we received help in loading the item in our vehicles.

The Lynchburg Home Depot is easy to access, has extremely helpful and knowledgeable employees, and offers very competitive prices. Checkout can be done with our without a cashier and rarely requires waiting. Highly recommend.

The employees at this Home Depot are knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend shopping here. The greeting person is consistently knowledgeable and friendly. All departments are helpful. Check out is very smooth process.

BEST Home Improvement Store in Lynchburg. The store was clean and the associates are so friendly and I feel they are wearing a smile under the masks.

I love this Home Depot. Everyone is always nice and helpful but the girl in paint gets a little nosey about what everyone is painting. Maybe it's her business because she sells paint, but it's overkill. I don't know her name but she's there all the time. Just tone her down a little. I don't like to be questioned... My cashier, Phil, was exceptionally kind. He made my day.

The rolls of plastic are located in the paint supplies. That is a good location for the <6mil thickness rolls. Would be helpful to have some rolls of 6 mil. Thickness located with the rolls of insulation on the opposite side of the store. The store associates were helpful and eager to give directions to locate the rolls of plastic. The store is clean and uncluttered.
