I've been to this store several times during this Covid19 pandemic, Home Depot employees have made each visit a pleasant experience.

Excellent selection of products

It was a very good experience. Having Marsela in appliances with the knowage in what I needed to do. Some other stores it hard to find someone to explain what I need to do.

For all your "do it yourself " projects, I strongly recommend this location of Home Depot. Plenty of room to pack, short walk from wherever you pack into the store.

Horrible customer service from the forklift lady in the flooring department.

Store was easy and organized to see where the products are. Highly recommend if you want good customer service this is the place.

I have pro extra account. I Wanted to take advantage of the 25% off until 7/12 on Behr 5 gal paint. Asked paint person for the paint I wanted & did it qualify. They Said Yes; I had them mix it up for me. At check out, the checker said it did not qualify, the checker asked supervisor; he said no as well. I was in a time crunch, so I paid full price & not at all happy. It amounts to about $40 overcharge & they should have just done reduction at the register. It is crap like this has me and my crew spending Much MORE Time & $$$ at Menards and very much less at HD. You Greedy devils!! Shame On YOU!!!

If you are lucky enough to have America help you at the check out, you will never want to return to this store. She is one of the rudest human beings I have ever encountered in a customer service environment. The irony is wearing an apron that says something to the effect of I am here to provide you with customer service! America is there to make your day miserable and treat you like dirt. I do not have any idea why this store would employee someone who is this rude and treats there customers like dirt! I made the mistake of going to a check out and believe it or not expecting someone to ring up my order, bag it and let me pay for it...... She threw me into a full serve aisle and told me to ring up my own....I made the mistake of saying, I don't want self serve and this isn't self serve. She then got really teed off..... I ended up having to speak with a store manager and doubt that this problem will be solved..... The other three people were all whispering...."America".....when they paged the manager all shaking their heads like....."Yup".....so, I don't think this was a one off. I believe this is her typical miserable personality which just says "customer service".....NOT!

Very helpful and courteous staff including department staff, customer service desk and checkout clerk. Staff person was very knowledgable about the features and differences among the many lawnmowers. He took the time to make sure I understood the similarities and differences, so that I could make an informed choice and receive the best price. Store was very clean and tidy, making it a pleasant place to shop. I observed very good compliance with Covid precautions so I felt safe shopping there. There is lots of competition nearby, but Home Depot has continued to hold its own by maintaining such high quality employees.

The guys in Tool Rental are great. They know their stuff and are willing to help no matter what the issue is. Home Depot is lucky to have such a great team and will keep me coming back. Service is over and beyond in relation to other home improvement stores. Bill is the person who I dealt with and it was a great experience. Thank you.

I spent many hours working with Yamini in the kitchen design dept. She was great to work with and patient with me while I went back and forth with her on design changes. I am very pleased and excited for my new kitchen! So thankful for her help!

This store needs employees that actually want to assist the customer and not act like they're being bothered if you need assistance. Needed paint sample & the person who mixed the sample handed back the container with paint dripping down the lid as I grabbed it & asked nicely if she'd please wipe it. She then blow dries it for a few seconds! And hands it back still wet! Normally I would have gotten upset, but walked away & the cashier kindly gave me a paper towel to use to wipe the lid & hand.

A very good place to shop for your home repair needs or special home improvement projects, big or small. Parking is plentiful and convenient. Employees are always readily available to help you find whatever you’re looking for and, when you need an idea on how to approach your particular project, they willingly offer ideas or suggestions.

during this crazy corona hoarding incident, i went to home depot as a last resort for toilet paper to find their shelves empty too. i was about to leave the store defeated and found a fresh pallet had been placed at the front of the store as i was leaving. the employees informed me the shipment had JUST come in and they had just put it to the floor! because of their timely processing of this shipment, i (and many others, i'm sure) was able to get the single bag i needed to help supply me until this finished. thank you!

poor management, carts loaded with returns blocking isles and materials, panelsaw was being used as a mill for 1 customer, mulimal cuts while other customers were waiting, employees standing around at checkouts

We’ve been Home Depot customers for years and return because of the quality of products and excellent staff. We always find knowledgeable staff in each department to help and advise us non-technical customers. Store is clean and well organized.

I have always bought home improvement product from Home Depot and they are helpful and courteous

When I asked for help, I was bounced around from one person to another. When I found the item I wanted, it was on the "second level" and I needed an employee to get the vanity cabinet for me. So a worker (after being bounced around from one person to another), who was scribbling on a piece of paper, asked "How can I help you" and I told him, he said "the person on my left will page someone for you." Well, that person on his left was already on the phone. He was DOING NOTHING but scribbling. He could have taken 5 second and made the page himself - I was in disbelief. 1) DO NOT COME HERE 2) YOU CANNOT FIND HELP 3) THEY DON'T WANT TO HELP YOU 4) DON'T COME HERE

I will never buy not even a nail from any Home Depot ever. I purchased a washer and dryer to be installed before Christmas. The installer broke my water pipe which caused flooding in 2 places in my home and a plumbers repair bill. I have not been able to get my dryer hooked up after countless phone calls and even a visit to the store. I have had to visit the laundromat even though our have a brand new washer and dryer sitting in my laundry room. DO NOT BUT YOUR APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT!!!

I went to buy paint to makeover my craft room and the three gentleman, Ansen, Chuck and Robert were awesome! The store was busy for Holiday shopping but there was always someone to help! The guys in paint made me laugh, and helped me a great deal along with giving me advice! It was actually a fun experience thanks to these guys! And the electrical guy that helped me find a switch!

I just bought a refrigerator from Les / Naperville store in appliances and he was fantastic. He gave me the best price, showed me the floor model, suggested all parts for the install and delivery he also set up and took care of the refund for the parts that weren’t needed. Now that’s a salesman !
