I went into Home Depot to look at flooring thinking I wasn't ready to place an order. Marita helped me with the order and she was very personable and knowledgeable. I always appreciate a pleasant and courteous employee as opposed to someone just there to take your information. She did not seem hurried and I didn't feel rushed. She explained the process of placing an order in a clear and concise manner. I wish making an order like this were always this low stress.

Recently purchase 3 appliances. Great selection. Did my research of all vendors and found out that Home Depot besides having the lowest price also handled the big three items, free delivery, installed them and hauled away the old for only $20 each. Oh, and they did everything in one day. I couldn't be happier.

Home Depot has the products you need and the services to install them. Last year I did a kitchen remodel and now I am replacing my appliances. Sure there are always some problems, but I found that going to the store on off-hours when there is staff that have time to settle your issues is the best. I took off a day from work handled returns, warranty item and did a new purchase. All within a 2 hour span.

I personally do not line running to the store, for anything! My trip to Home Depot was not only successful but quick, in and out. I was provided the service I needed and checked out really quick. Smooth experience.

I have full confidence that if there were an issue, it would be taken care of. I had a couple merchandise issues, rarely happens, both times, I was taken care of, clean store, awesome service, very knowledgeable & friendly employees.

This store has all the supplies I need to do almost any home improvement project. I can always count on them. Also they have an awesome staff!

This store has more stock than other home depots in the area. However the self checkout is forced on people. Someone for traditional check out is seldom available, and when they are they give poor service. Will walk away rather than help a person in line. Seem put upon when asked to check you out. For this kind of service I can shop online.

I needed cement quick & fast. Went in, paid for it, drove up and they put it all in the truck. I was able to get the cement on time for a specific job. And they did not skimp on customer service, they did everything with a smile. Greatly Appreciated!

HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Store always has the inventory when you need it! Love the knowledge & friendliness of the staff.

I used the "order on line and pick up in store" feature, but it didn't work. I waited 7 hours for my order to be "picked" it was not. Beware...

Home Depot is the lumber yard and hardware store for the do it yourselfer It is actually a fun place to shop for whatever your home repair needs are.

Employees were friendly and fast on the floor and checkout. Delivery driver arrived about 1 hour after the time he quoted on the phone. Item arrived damaged. Store employee said a replacement would be delivered later that day and it arrived as promised.

The associates at the paint desk were friendly and helpful.

The new checkouts are hard to find. Mixed with self check outs. Want to buy something? Good luck finding the cashiers!

We purchased an appliance bundle and believe we obtained an excellent price. The staff was very helpful and made the entire process pleasant!

The store is clean -- even the restroom-- and well-stocked. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. There is excellent product selection and things are easy to find.

My old mower failed to start when I tried to used it for the first time this year. Bill in the Tools Rental Center fixed the problem on spot so that I could used it again immediately! He also helped me to find a carb & choke cleaner in the store and showed me how to maintain the mower regularly. This is a kind of help and experience that I can't get from any other home improvement stores. I highly recommend this Home Depot store!
