Great store and location. Helpful staff

I recommend this store ONLY IF you don’t require a delivery. The delivery company sucks. They missed two appointments. The first time they lied and said we weren’t home. They didn’t even call to say they were rescheduling. The second time they said the truck broke down. We decided to cancel and go to Lowe’s.

Slow and unhelpful

Home Depot is a great place to shop. I give Home depot a good rating for being in the right area for all shopper in the NE area.

While the store had adequate supplies of hardware and garden needs, the employees were less then friendly. The customer service experience was not what I expect from Home Depot. I shop at Home Depot in my hometown in FL every week. I've also lived in CA, TX and MD and the customer service assistance have ALWAYS been above helpful and friendly. The employees at this Home Depot did not seem to care about their customer relationships which goes against any of my past experiences with HD and their core values. It was a sad experience. Will try Lowe's next time I'm in town.

This location has EVERYTHING you need. It is clean, well stocked and has super polite employees. They have a great variety of plants, gardening tools, janitorial supplies and other essential items.

I frequent this store because it is closest to our rental property that we are renovating. I always check before I go there to make sure they have what I need right away to not hold up my contractor. If it is something that can wait, I usually get it somewhere else. My biggest gripe: all the people milling about in the parking lot. I do not go there alone during hours of darkness. I understand they are looking for work, but they make me feel very unsafe. I also do not like coming out and getting all these 'offers' of assistance.

It is so convenient to have a Home Depot closer to my friend's home. We needed to paint the apartment, and employees gave us the exact painting we needed. Without their help, it could have been very difficult to find the right paint. We bombarded them with so many questions, and they patiently listened us and helped us.

I am constantly haven't things done around the house and I love shopping at home Depot the store is very neat and organized and most of decay she is are very friendly and helpful especially Eugenia.
