Military Discount Program Software on HD App and store registers is not working.

I was assisted by a lady named Becky in the paint department and she helped me pick the best paint machine and then the perfect color and even set it up in the store so if I need more they can look up my color instead of having me remember it! Becky is great!

I’ve found some jems at the Oak Harbor Home Depot! Jeep is awesome in the paint department, Stormie and Katie in customer service, Naters in plumbing and James at checkout!! They keep me coming back!

Employees walked up and offered to help. Cashier service was very helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this store.

had a display of flooring and when I went to purchase it the employee could not find it in the store or online and it was a new product.

I purchased window covering and carpet and Aubree and John excelled in customer service

I visited a couple other places before trying here and stock was very limited. Home Depot had exactly what I was looking for and staff was very friendly. Store was clean and well stocked. I will enjoy shopping here more often!

They always have what I need, many times they exceeding my expectations. Living on a small island, they keep in stock things we'd otherwise have to drive an hour to shop for . Excellent store and knowledgeable service.

Bella my cashier was very patient with this old codger and got me going in the right direction. Best ever.

Does not seem to always work when in the store

I have been going to this store for over 5 years - I have been treated very respectfully. My questions were answered about product and how to use.

I’m a frequent visitor to the Oak Harbor store, EVERY associate I’ve worked with has been extremely helpful and kind!! I know more than a dozen and half by name and they know mine, and we joke about the number of trips I make there in a day. My record so far is six!!

All employees were friendly and knowledgeable about store and products.

The customer service employees I worked with were excellent!

They are fabulous. Getting through to one is nearly impossible. I looped through the operators while on hold an average of 4-6 times EACH TIME I CALLED before I got a definitive answer as to why I wasn't getting to the employee I wanted.

Went into the self checkout line, and Erin was very welcoming and friendly. She asked if I needed anything else from her before I checkout, as well as making small conversation while I waited. It made the store feel more inviting

Jessica the team member who helped me was awesome. Please be sure to pass to her and her manager. She helped me order a Dyson vacuum. I am sure she had a smile, but of course could not see it because of the BS illegal mask mandate. I really want to pass she was awesome. Thank you Jessica.

I was given space to shop and they had everything I needed

I ran into Home Depot to pick up my online order. A couple of items were out of stock. Aubree offered to find me alternatives that fit the need and saved the day! Way to HD for the win!

Customer service has an associate by the name of Jessica and she is great. Friendly, kind, and knowledgeable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, from entering the store to getting down items from the top shelf. One stop shop for remodels. Special shout out to Stormy, Jo, Izzy and Robin for all their help!

If I am shopping for items carried in both Home Depot and Ace, Ace if the first choice every time. 1. Inventory is often wrong 2. The rats underneath the shelf’s are a little disconcerting 3. Employees are a little weak on knowledge

When other stores might throw me under the 48 hour window for appliance issues bus, This store did not. Jeff the manager, Jimmy the speciality manager, Bryan and Mag and Melinda all helped me when I got nowhere with Homedepot.com. I had the major misfortune of having my dishwasher go bad in 2 weeks. Jeff helped make it right. Thank you to a kind store manager. You didn't have to help in my situation, but you did and I will be forever grateful.
