Ordered $14000 hardwood installation in March. First I was told the installation will be done in 2 days and only on weekend. Later it became 4 days. Then the delivery guy dropped 2000 lbs of pallets in my garage without telling that the wood needs to be stored into my room to acclimatise, the third party hom solutions scheduled me for 2 months scheduled installation and on the day of installation shows up 2 hours late only to tell me that they cannot install in May 5th since the wood is not acclimatised. The rude store manager gave me a next installation window of June which is 4 months from the order date, despite paying in full and cash upfront. When I complained that I was never informed about the delivery process she cancelled my installation and refunded the amount. What a rude manager Rebeca. Never again I am going to order from this store.

Walked in to find a Dewalt power tool kit with little knowledge of power tools. The on duty manager walked up to me while I was in the section and guided me through my options and throughly each option. He was definitely patient and welcoming. Also, Priyanka helped me setup my Home Depot account to get my military discount! She was extremely helpful and friendly. Great staff!

Question on products well researched

I would like to commend Rebecca Robles from Flooring department. I had a somewhat complex request to her to modify my carpeting quote so that to allow use of carpet left over from another project. Rebecca got right in, listened very carefully and made considerable effort to satisfy the request. In the process of doing so, she had to communicate with Home Depot Measuring Service as well as her manager. I feel that she did go an extra mile for me - something I haven't experienced on similar issues from employees in other Home Depot stores. I wish all Home Depot employees would be as diligent and customer-oriented as Rebecca is!

Two employees I have known for twenty years at the Pro Desk of this store were recently fired by loss prevention. There is no way they knowingly violated store policy. No way. Consider this before supporting this store with your purchases.

This store Never disappoints

This store is close to a COSTCO where I shop often. Whenever I am at the store, there is always friendly employees who are ready to help and assist. I love to shop here.

Worked with Jessica to match some old paint. She nailed it! I visit and shop at this store many times a month.

I was stuck between a rock and a hard place (my front door key was stuck in the lock that was disengaged from the door and hanging from my key ring). Len and Larry (Orange Hat). helped me.

My husband went into Home Depot and talked to the plumber guy, Larry, when our water bill skyrocketed for no reason. We thought we were in for a big plumber bill. Larry helped us diagnose and handle the problem and instead of hundreds of dollars it was an $8 part and an easy 45 minutes to fix including cleanup.

If you have a plumbing or pipe problem, Orange Hat Larry is your guy.

Found a piece of sheet metal that I didn't think I had a chance of finding here .

I don't expect help from the T shirt "merchandise" team but they are helpful too.

I had a toilet valve that was leaking and "Orange hat Larry" at the Redmond store was knowledgable on the problem and suggested a repair kit instead of replacing the entire valve. His solution worked and saved me time & money!

The store has a nice array of selection for different products and the employees are willing to go above and beyond to help and assist.

I like the Redmond store because they always say HI, ask if you need help. If you need it they provide it and if you don't need it they don't bug you. Got our landscape lighting all fixed up and Fertilizer for the hungry grass!

Redmond Home Depot has such friendly employees, it is always a pleasure to shop there. Greeted by Joe - who can direct me to where I need to go in the store to find my product. To happy and friendly employees asking me if I need any help along the way to my destination and then the fast check out with the helpful cashiers. The products are at all the stores - but the smiles for miles are at the Redmond Home Depot. Makes all the difference in the world for a shopping experience.
