Always has what we need

I went to get a bunch of supplies for a few painting projects. The employees helped me pick out the kind of paint and finish. They also helped with brushes that should work for my projects.

Nice store but the returns area needs extra staff. I was shorted $8.59 since I was credited for two 10 ft trip wall drain pipes when I returned three. The returns staff need to be more attentive.

jim in garden is who usually helps me..he is a superior employee.... the checkers in gardening are sweet, helpful and courteous and never appeared rushed.the young men called to help with heavy items always show up and make the process seamless the store make me feel glad i am spending my money there ! wish you had the same amount of bulbs in store as on line

We usually shop the Bothell store , decided to check the Redmond store and that's the store we got the best service with AseelAlani ! My opinion regarding the major problem of people not answer the phone is the Bothell sore. Not the Redmond store. I will be shopping the Redmond store more offend.

We have shopped the Redmond Home Depot for a variety of products, including a carpet installation we were very pleased with. Our latest project was a hardwood floor installation where unfortunately our concrete floor fell out of scope with the installers. However, everyone involved was very patient and kind, and we were able to receive a refund thanks to their understanding. We will definitely continue to shop this store.

Customer representatives at the Redmond Home Depot are so kind, friendly and helpful. They ask questions, share ideas, solve problems and assist with anything needed for home needs.

Home depot redmond has normally been an excellent place for all my home projects and renovations. I went in for a simple question on an issue with the toilets and plumbing and the worker, Nabil, was the rudest worker I have met there. I go to homedepot often and have never met someone so unhelpful. He misinterpreted my problem and then didn't provide a solution. Only that I absolutely shouldn't buy the main line or pipe root cleaner because it wouldn't help and would kill me because it would poison the water even though they are for sewege drains and pipes. He then had no other solution for my issue and had me speak with a different homedepot employee only to come back and interpret just to ask what the solution could be and reiterate that he thought I was wrong and this proved it. He was extremely unhelpful, rude, and condescending.

Best staff of any home improvement store I’ve ever shopped in.

I found all employees at the store are very knowledgeable and friendly. Specially, there is a person in electrical person who helps me alot. He helped me to find the best solution to do my project, I believe that he is a education person.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and very helpful with questions. Once a question is asked, they either have the answer or quickly find the answer.

Since many Home Depot Associates at the Redmond store do not wear masks or gloves and refuse to maintain social distance, this feels like an unsafe store. We have been there three times since Covid-19. We thought the first two trips were anomalies, but after the third trip of interacting with sales associates who refuse to wear masks while literally coming within 2-feet from customers, we have reached the conclusion that they just don’t care about customer safety. What is the problem? This is a health emergency; either wear masks or, at the very least, maintain a safe social distance so your customers do not get sick. It seems the very least you could do.

Plumbing Dept staff was very friendly, helpful and asked me if I needed assistance instead of me having to ask for help. Self Checkout was great and the staff there was helpful and very courteous.

The people who are supposed to help you with the self checkout don't bother even looking at you when you press the help button.

This store location in Redmond, WA has been great to work with as a small business. Jim at the Pro Desk has been very helpful to us overseeing our purchases and orders for all of our projects and job sites.

The aisles are blocked so disabled people using a mobility device - scooter, etc, can only go down a limited number of aisles.

Best store for appliances in Redmond.

If you go into this Home Depot, ask for David, he will assist you with knowledge and a smile; he truly makes shopping at this store a treat, We walked in not knowing what we wanted in a floor and David helped us with humor, respect and knowledge; we walked out with smiles and a feeling of confidence because of David. Great customer service!
