store is my favorite one from all Puget sound

I had four employees standing in front of me and no one asked me if They could help me. I waited about 45 seconds before I finally had to ask for help!!!

Larry B (and the rest of the staff, too!) were incredibly helpful, friendly, proactive and knowledgeable. I appreciate the excellent customer service I always receive at the Redmond Home Depot! Thank you!

This is a great store like all Home Depot stores. Clean, Friendly employees and you can always find what your looking for.

I found myself in a bit of a situation. I had the day off due to some crazy hyped up snow storm and a home project on my mind. We needed wood, cut ever so perfectly. We came across chuck and he did a fantastic job!!! He’s an excellent employee and you are lucky to have him!!!! Give this man a raise!!!

Overall all Home Depot stores look and feel alike. This one is no different and offers great collection of items and staff are all friendly. Ample parking space available at any time.

Store is convenient to my home. Plus, they give veterans several reserved parking places near the entrance and also a 10% discount. Very friendly and helpful employees.

Helpful and friendly people. Sometime it make time but you will get what you intended. They will be patient with you to guide you through the items you need.

Larry in the Redmond plumbing department is a superstar. Very helpful and knowledgeable. On two visits he patiently helped me cobble together a hot-water urn with hand sprayer for our winter cabin.

These folks nailed Black Friday, IMO. Lots of employees on the floor and registers. I'm sure they were tired but all the people I dealt with were helpful and friendly.

Easy to find what your looking for.

The store is conveniently located, I can't say enough about how helpful the staff are. Even if I need a lightbulb or purchasing a new fridge. The checkout is even easier now with the new scanning system.I will not go anywhere else even if there is a chance of a better deal.

Purchased a Sentry Safe which cost me $192.50. I drove an hour each way to buy this item. I returned home to find that the box had been resealed and the owners manual with the setup program code was missing. This opens it for the first time so you can program your own code in. I feel scammed. I have to pay $60 in gas and put more miles on my truck to return this useless thing. Not to mention the wear and tear lugging this thing up and down stairs at my place. I feel cheated and lied to. I'm very disappointed with Home Depot Redmond, WA.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened several years ago and find that the staff is always friendly and helpful. As a rental owner, I purchase a lot of merchandise here for bathroom and kitchen renovations. As a veteran I very much appreciate the discount on merchandise and the reserve parking provided by this store. I would particularly like to express my appreciation to Larry in plumbing who is always willing to help find stuff and is very knowledgeable. He has saved me a lot of time looking for plumbing parts and providing me with expertise on how to repair plumbing fixtures. Also your return policy is excellent! At times there is a long line, but once I get to the register, the employee is very proficient and returns are speedy. Art Aparicio

The store was clean and organized as it usually is when I commit but Mike made an effort to show me how I could save more money and actually get a free gift for signing up for a new card I appreciate the outgoing personality that Mike offered and will shop there regularly.

The delivery service used by this store for refrigerators is limited. There was no delivery in two scheduled attempts.

Excellent store; excellent staff

Great experience today at home depot to find a very obscure size of nails. The service as excellent. Ask for Chuck to help you. He knew everything about what was available on the shelf and saved me alot of time. He also had great recommendations on what was best for my wood project.

It's no wonder the Redmond Home Depot is always busy. Location, products, staff, are all excellent. Carol Kingston in appliance department is excellent.
