the Staten Island Home Depot store # 1281 is my store for home improvement supplies.

Sales associate services are excellent. Very clean atmosphere. Every items are in order on the shelves.

The store was clean and in good condition. The products were arranged in such a way that it made it easy to find the items that you were shopping for. The customer service that you receive when entering the store was excellent.

I FOUND OUT THAT THIS STORE IS WELL STOCKED. THE PERSONEL IS FRIENDLY AND SPECIALLY THE CASHIERS.

The staff are very nice and friendly. The staffer Ben from Gardening is amazing and helpful.

Very neat, very busy, friendly employees ready, willing and able to assist. Very pleased with this Home Depot. The items I needed were obscure one, and I was more than happy they were able to help me find the items needed.

The store fulfilled all my needs and had what I was looking for.

The Returns line & online order pick up line needs to two different lines. It took 30 mins to pick up an online order because the returns line was very long, this was due to no staff at returns line or not enough staff. The 10 customers on the line were all annoyed and being vocal (yelling for a Manager) because the line wasn't moving and that there aren't two lines for returns & pickup. Also, some of the employees have an attitude and don't really care. Online orders are completed with broken open boxes and missing parts that are put back on the self from a return. I would like to know where the Quality Assurance is. This causes a HUGE inconvenience for the customers to make another trip back to the store to return the product for missing items. Staff and Management need to be retrained or terminated. Many times, some of the staff at the Pro and Customer Service Desk have ignored the customer without an acknowledgement when the first walk up to their Desk. It very sad that employees act this way these days when so many people are unemployed. This Home Depot really needs to make some serious changes and remember the customer comes first. After all we are the ones with the money making purchases keeping the store open and people employed!! *****No wonder Jeff Bezos is very successful and the richest person on the Planet!! He knows that customer wants/needs are first and all else will follow...*****

Super helpful employees went out of their way to help me find an item even though it wasn’t his department. Always clean and always has everything I’m looking for.

I found this store to be cleaner and brighter and employees friendly and helpful. They don't hide like other Homedepot stores.

The store was clean and well organized. the staff was available and pleasant. Especially Jennifer at the Nursery check out and the security officer that was on duty. They were also genuinely concerned with my needs. I will definitely shop at this store again. Thanks

More than 5 stars if I could. Every time I visit this store I always wanted to go back. Everybody there is just friendly and professional. All the associates make my business go smoothly. The best store

there are a number of times that the stocking was less than satisfactory. often needed items are out of stock. also there is no maintenance on the shelves especially the plumbing. things are thrown into whatever box/bin is available with no regard making sure what is identified as being in the box is actually in that box .

This is the only home depot that normally has what I need or that the employees in it actually work. I place many online orders and they always fill it correctly. The other home depot's on Staten island always cancel my orders just so they don't have to pick it. Then when I get there they say oh we cancelled the items in your order be wise we're out of stock. ... But when I go down the isle to look for myself I find everything I had ordered. So I stick to the brick town location it's the best!

I had a wonderful experience at this store with the Department Supervisor Alassane going out of his way to make sure I had what I came to purchase. My experience could not have been better.

Jason carried 50lb bag of calcium chloride to my car. Emptied bag into 2 orange Home Depot containers. He also refused the tip. Stating this was part of services. Very nice. Found my product with ease.
