needs to be more organized, and needs to have more employees in their respected isles. You need to chase them around for help.

I rely on Home Depot for my job and my Home & they never fail: if they don't have what I need in stock, they order right away. I always have a good experience with HD near me SI,NY 10309. Recently the cashier Jack went above & beyond for my wife & He had no idea I was with her as I wittnessed his kindness. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE..

Store associates were very helpful. We did a propane tank refill swap. Went very smoothly. Paid inside store. drove around to the back and associate took old tank from trunk and swapped out for new refill. Always kept social distance and followed guidelines. Couldn't be more satisfied.

The cashier was very rude and not helpful. The price came up wrong ( it was posted on the paint counter) and she didn’t want to call for help. She told me to go back to the paint department and ask the price. The manager didn’t want to listen and didn’t handle the situation professionally. Although the price was adjusted, I will not be returning.

Everyone in the store is always so friendly and helpful. On this trip the cashier, Saide guided us to the location of the garden products we were looking for and new exactly where they were. Really helpful !!!!

Nice store, good selection, I rented a floor sanded at a later day, from my initial purchase, after finding out that store #1249 had none in working order I called to check if 1281 had one. From time I left 1249 to time i arrived at 1281 I was on hold, 22 mins, svc deck did pick up twice to switch me to rentals. when i arrived, 2 assoc. at counter, one outside smoking.

Needed to purchase outdoor carpet for a badly cracked patio even though we are in the middle of the CoVID 19 NY on Pause the workers were unbelievably attentive and helpful realizing my purchase was of course not an essential purchase I was still treated like it was any other time which was a welcome experience. Store was neat and fully stocked even for some hard to get necessities
