In the Electrical Department, Benjamin and Richie were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products that I was looking to purchase

I was helped by four seperate employees last night and happy to say all four were extremely helpful and courteous. Special kudos to our cashier Davida who has helped us on a prior occasion and was very helpful, kind and professional.

I have been a contractor since Feb 2009 Since I started my business a majority of my materials and tools are purchased in this store because it is only a few blocks from my home. Carmine at the pro desk has been there almost every step of the way to help.me. Theresa at register 1 was one of my favorite people to.see and was a fixture in my daily breakfast routine. Many of the employees here know me by name and a lot of then are knowledgable in the construction trades and have helped me fix problems that ij encountered at a job. Overall I would say it's a very good store, well ran, clean, neat and I always seem to have a great experience here Thank you for making my job a little bit easier. Anthony All Phase Construction

I love shopping at this Home Depot always have everything I need the customer assistance very friendly atmosphere just a great experience will never shop anywhere else.

The store is a very good one. You can't compare this store to the other HD stores on Staten Island. Customer service is very good. I never had a problem with anyone from any department. The managers as well as product are spot on. When you have especially good employees like Tabitha, it doesn't hurt. If you give this store a chance, you will come back again.

self checkout needs an option to have a military discount applied. having to call a store clerk to come and ok the discount defeats the purpose of a speedy check out and annoys everyone waiting on line.

The store is enjoyable to shop in. The only problem that I have is trying to find an associate for help, I don't think there are enough people on the floor to assist the customers when trying to find a specific item. another thing I feel is that the associates should not just say go to aisle 14 its there. they should assist you with the item that you are trying to find.

Jamie resolved a delivery issue fairly and treated me like I wasn’t just some random customer. Would definitely recommend.

This Home Depot branch has all the products that most Home Depot stores have, the store is organized and clean. However, it is the people who work at this branch that make it my ‘go to’ store. They have always been very helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant whenever I needed assistance. At the end of shopping the cashiers greet you with a smile and ask if you were able to find all you needed. I appreciate that personal touch.

I moved to the South Shore 3 years ago and I must say that this particular location is EXCELLENT - I previously went to your store on Targee street because that was near my old address. I hated that store I complained many a time - You could hardly find someone to help you and I must say you had the WORST CASHERS IN HISTORY They did not pay attention to the customer(Myself) like we did not matter, Yes I complained and I even had a store manager call me . So again thank you so much for your store in the South Shore were the customers are treated with respect and kindles.

This store is clean and got ample parking. The store employees are very efficient. Me Davida M helped me to get my stuff quickly and recommend few brands and items to assist my home issues and project.
