My shopping experiences at Home Depot in Terrell have all been very good. I love a young lady named Lila. She is an Angel!! A man named Gordon helped me retrieve my phone and bill fold. Austin helped me load my car.

If your disabled stay away from Home Depot, especially if you need help to load or secure your load. they get Hateful, Rude and most importantly you cannot get ahold of the store manager., they turn from being friendly and accommodating to a Hateful Rude people. Even if you tell them in advance you will be needing help.

I bought a ton of wood and the associates didn’t hesitate to help me load it, and I needed help loading it because I’m a disabled vet and if they treat our veterans like this, then I’m going to encourage all my other veteran friends to go to the store because they love us there

I needed to return an item, bot I did not have my receipt. I knew the date of purchase and the young lady at customer service was able to locate it and complete my return.

I want to acknowledge Jackie from Flooring Department. She was patient and very knowledgeable with helping me select appliances. She gave me information and advice that help me see the bigger picture with what I was looking for. She was very kind dedicated in helping me find what I needed.

You have a long haired guy working in customer service/ returns that is extremely rude and obnoxious. He yells at customers for no reason. This person made me not feel welcomed at Home Depot.

To whom it may concern. Mrs Mandy at the checkout counter is an angel in orange. Before I even realized I had left my phone in the store, I could see her angel wings waving me down from the parking lot. She went the extra mile for me and I have a feeling she will for you too. When I think of Home Depo #6579 I will always remember that angel in orange.

I always have a good experience at this Home Depot. Staff is always helpful and cheerful. If they don’t have what you need they always try and direct you where to go to get it.

my stepfather is a disabled vet. Home depot supposed to get a discount but because he doesn't have the app he was told he don't can't get the discount I think it's sad that elderly people that are disabled vets cannot get a discount without having the app these old people don't know how to work these apps so we're not making this easy for them you're making this easy for you

If you have questions about the paint aspect of your reno Tabitha and Becky are your go to ladies. They won't hold back and will always lead you to good choices. PS I'm in the store often, so this is an always experience.

Even though it was during the Christmas rush, we were provided the best service ever. Each employee that greeted us was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We were able to get all of the items for our project without any frustration.

We are totally impressed about how the customer service was on today in this store. Someone came and helped us load up our items without even being asked. And then the cashier gave us information that changed our purchasing financially to help us in the future

Made sure I found what I needed

Mr. Jerry Flores was very helpful. He made the experience on picking out our floor very easy. He never got impatient and always had a smile on his face. He was very nice talking to his fellow coworkers. Which that was pleasant to say because some places are not that way. Even though it is a very busy store you feel like you are the only customer there. Cannot say enough about Mr. Jerry Flores and the employees at the store. The Darrell store is very blessed to have Jerry

So thankful staff was available to help me find & lift a large heavy building item.

I love shopping here specifically to see Amanda, she knows most people by name and the smile on her face just shows people that she loves her job and enjoys seeing her regulars. On my previous trip I had a terrible experience with one of the much older cashiers was nickel and diming me for everything. Told her how many boards I had even though she counted wrong. Then the computer froze so I went over to the other line. Mandy got me out the door in less than 1/4 of the time the older lady took to initially ring me up.

I think you should have a button to call for help. Trying to find someone to help is very difficult at times. And when someone is walking by its not their department.

I needed Wood but it was on a high shelf. I asked assistance twice and the employees responsible did not come to help. I waited 10 mins with my family. I asked a cashier for help and she called Brandon to the front and he didn’t come. We went to the back section on wood planks and we saw employees Brandon and Mason on their phone. We overheard one of them said they weren’t going to help. I’m in shock! I felt discriminated. I’ve never had this problem at this location. We just left and found something that was reachable.

Can’t wait to use my new appliances!!

Terrell store employees Brenda, Mandy at the front and Tommy and Jeff in lumber are awesome. Great hard-working employees. Very helpful and friendly. Hard to find employees like them.

I bought a dishwasher today that a very nice employee went out of her way to accommodate myself. I believe her name is Julie. Please ask for her if you are going to look or purchase an item, you will not be disappointed. Mrs. Waugh

I dealt with 6 employees Diane,Julie,Mark,Tyler,Chris,Keith. These employees I just named are so good at their job and professional they need to be acknowledged with bonuses and recognized with promotions without employees like this you would not have customers like me.

Most patient, kind, courteous, and friendliest employees at this store. The best experience ever in all my years of shopping at HomeDepot.
