Lady in plumbing dept went above and beyond!

I went to get a tuff shed and the associate who helped us out was nice and helped us get a shed at a great price. The store was clean and easy find what I need.

This is my favorite Home Depot of all. Go in and get to know everyone and get a hug. They really care about you and make you feel welcome.

Clean store and friendly employees. Never have to search for a shopping cart. Employees seem knowledgeable about their specific zones. Most everything is in stock so I usually just head to the store instead of calling, but they're great on the phone too.

Terrell Home Depot is one of the friendliest, helpful stores. Mesquite is actually closer but we love the employees at Terrell, it’s like going to see family. The employees are knowledgeable and always ready to help you.

If you are looking for window blinds and want the best ask for Blake Lowry. He is honest and very good at what he does.

Store at Terrell was well stocked. Very clean. Staff very friendly, kind, and helpful. Will go out of their way to satisfy you and help make shopping experience easy and one wanting to come back and not go anywhere else. I would rate Terrell Home Depot on the highest level.

Customer service here is the worse. Good luck with getting any help. 30 sheets of drywall and i am still waiting 45 mins later. Come on district manager get out from behind your desk and come work with jeans on. Brittany also needs to learn how to treat customers because i wont be back with her attitude or maybe i will just return this stuff back to her.

Just bypass all other stores and come this one

Store is clean, clean restrooms, able to get assistance for large items when needed, staff very friendly and quickly to find items and let you know what isle the item is on.

Robert was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. I have had problems at this store in the past, but not this time. He was great.

If you are in need of a refrigerator, visit this store and see Robert Guipre for your needs. He helped us so much. My freezer had gone out and he knew we were in need of one quickly. He checked all of the models that were available and not only showed us he was very knowledgeable on each one. He was able to answer any questions we had. I am very excited to receive my new refrigerator/freezer!

I love shopping at the Terrell store. The employees are always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for appliances, ask for Robert Guipre; he is extremely polite and helpful.

Veterans discount was not allowed because the items were on sale. The general public gets the same price that we got so your store is not giving the veterans any benefits for shopping there.

If you need any appliances ask for Robert Guipre. He is the appliance specialist and he knows what he is talking about. He will make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. He takes his time with each customer and even came to find me in the store to tell me they had taken my order to the front. His customer service is A+. And he is also a retired veteran. Thank you for your service. We will be back again.

The Terrell Home Depot is the best in all of DFW. Blake and Samantha in tools are both amazing. They both take time to talk with you and show you all the different tools and prices. TERRELL Home Depot is awesome!!
