Terrell Home Depot is an awesome store. The associates are very friendly and knowledgeable of their products and store. They greet me through out the store, most by name. The store is clean and well stocked.

Mackaly and Garrett were outstanding and very professional!! Garrett loaded by hand and by himself 45 bags of mulch. Last week I was at Home Depot and Garrett and another fellow helping him loaded another 45 bags of cypress mulch into my F1350 White Ford pickup. THESE FOLKS ARE KEEPERS!! KEEP THEM EMPLOYED!!

This store seems to always carry the window ac with heat that I need and whatever else I go to pick up. Most of the employees are very helpful and some not so much. But I do like this store.

The store was clean and organized. Everyone was so helpful and had great attitudes. Definitely shopping here again, even though it's a further drive from our local lumber store.

As a customer you are acknowledged and get asked if you need help. I love this store for that reason and of course for the good price and deals.

Great location, store was neat and clean. Clear evidence of COVIS-19 precautions with employees wearing face masks, hand sanitizer positioned throughout store, carts were being cleaned upon my entry. Items I was shopping for were in stock and easy to find. Ability to use my earned military discount was a plus.

The associates at the paint section were helpful and answered my questions.

This store is my favorite hardware shopping center. This store has everything I need for any of my hardware needs!

Associates are actually helpful compared to other stores. They answered the phone and looked to see if they had the item I was needing. They asked if they could call me back and then actually did once they found what I was looking for. This was so refreshing for someone to be helpful.

We are senior adults & always go to this store for our yard, fencing, & now a new refrigerator. The workers are always willing to help us load things in our car or help us find the product we are looking for. We really appreciate their help since we are in our late 70's. We like to stay active. Just keep up with the good friendly atmosphere. My husband loves to tease & have fun.

Britt and Ashley were extremely helpful to me in resolving an online purchase that was damaged when the truck delivered it to my home. They contacted the corporate office for me and waited on hold for over half an hour to get everything taken care of for me. They truly went above and beyond expectation and this was the best customer service I have ever received. 5 stars!!!!

Paint department at Terrell Home Depot, YOU ROCK!! We had 2 amazing helpers in the paint department who assisted us in choosing a stain color! Super helpful!! Our cashier was amazing and helpful as well.

Store was very clean, even though it was a busy, busy Sunday afternoon. Each of the three employees that I dealt with were very friendly & courteous. Couldn't ask for nicer folks. The things I went there for were easy to find, I got it, checked out & was back on the road in less than 15 minutes.

This is the only store I go to for my home improvements. Their great, have plenty of employees that know their stuff and quick to help.

Custom ordered a countertop. Told 2 - 3 weeks. At 4 weeks they cannot even give me a date due to some problem with the fabricator. We planned our schedule on this project, knowing we wouldn't get counters the next day. Now we are stuck! and will have to order from somewhere else. The employee assisting, Ashley, was helpful but she can't make countertops or provide any tentative date. Cancelled and moving on. Maybe I'll have a counter some day.

I have other Home Depot closer to me, but I always go to the one in Terrell because the people there are so pleasant. It’s easy to find things and the staff is always very helpful.

The employee that helped us was very friendly and took time to make sure we were satisfied with the selection of a Samsung washer and dryer. Free delivery and installation was very nice also.

OVERALL THE STORE IS NEAT AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ITS SELDOM THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH AN EMPLOYEE. THIS LOCATION IS ALWAYS REALLY BUSY TOO, SO SOME STOCK GETS DEPLETED, BUT FOR THE MOST PART WHAT I'M THERE TO GET CAN BE FOUND.
