I purchase all my home products here. Fridge, Dishwasher, snow blower, log splitter, wood, etc.

i buy 3 or 4 times a week at the home depot,it's my favorite store. i can find everything that satisfy my job.

Laura in the appliance section could not have been more knowledgeable of the entire transaction and shopping experience. She sold me on the washer I needed and prevented me from shopping around to other stores for price. Top notch! You nailed it!! Not the best price either, however I was so impressed with the service provided, I bought the washer!

Purchased Water Heater and Install on line. Sub contractor N&J Plumbing was excellent! Home Depots pricing was excessive. Heater ran $1100 total cost for completed job just over 2k! Not fault of contractor their work was impeccable. Way over priced for the service which we'll call 2 hours of labor. Disappointed.

Everything I bought at Home Depot I'm happy with I even have them do my garage door and it’s beautiful. Also some of the cashier is exceptional like Teena I always look for her when I go there

the samsung fridge we bought was just the best

First the customer services was on point. Theresa did the very best; she helped me out with the tools I needed and as well the deal/quality of the product which truly made my decision very easy to make. I gotten about $700 of milwaukee tools then was totally worth it; even when I have a messed up back. Tracian was super nice to me even asked about the card which I did have already but overall very satisfied and even after all the good service kimberly helped me with a carriage. Splendid service

Online inventory said products were available and when I got there they weren’t, plenty of staff walking around but couldn’t get any assistance. I waited for quite some time for help in blinds and I was told they would get someone and no one came. I ended up leaving the store without purchasing the 15 blinds I needed for my new place .

Terrible customer service

A terrific store with hard working staff. But it would help if prices were easier to find and read. And signs indicating where merchandise is located could be better. The store seems to be designed for contractors and professionals yet most of the customers are just ordinary people.

Very helpful associates today- for my returns in customer service area (Teena) as well as on the floor helping me find my items by getting me a carriage and bringing me to the aisles I needed - and also the self checkout attendant was right there to help me do my checkout. All 3 associates went above and beyond today and made my visit a very good experience!

I had a great shopping experience at the Waterbury, CT store. MANY employees were very friendly, saying Hi or asking me if I needed any assistance. One such employee was Clarence. He was working the cleaning supply aisle and was very knowledgable and friendly. When I could not find the mop and bucket I was after, he found it on the overhead. Clarence is an asset to that store. Janet at checkout was also friendly and effecient. Well done!

The stire is decent, but the location is a little chaotic. The staff I deal with when I visit is typically friendly and knowledgeable. It would be nice to have a better success rate in finding what is supposed to be in stock when I check the website.

Impressed by the cooperation and friendliness of the staff. Product I went to purchase was not available but alternatives were suggested and sufficient.

All associates were very kind and very thoughtful for me and gave me the best thoughts of what I should do and what I need for my inventions so one day I do boom will be going back here and going to help my friends at Home Depot because they are all family to me

The customer service is very outstanding had a great experience there. Associate show me the directions of what I needed and definitely had great thoughts on what I should do totally will come back and definitely had a great time.
