I bought outside backflow and other materials for drinking water and I received exceptional service

I bought a bar that I found was missing a leg (pretty important piece). I brought this 106lb box back to the store only to have the super unfriendly employee give me a hassle because I didn’t have the order number. Mind you…My name & address are on the box with a packing slip. I had to request a manager who directed her to call their corporate number & it was found within 2 minutes. That was my last trip there; their competition is across the street.

Allenea in the window department was awesome she really knows her stuff.

staff was oblivious to what was going on around them and the needs of the customers. not one employee (at least 4 passed me by) offered to help after seeing me try to load heavy items onto my cart. I eventually got it done myself with some difficulties.

Every time we shop at this location you know if needed an employee will help you. The store is neat and organized. Always a pleasant experience.

I have come to know Dee Dee over the years. She manages this store better than anyone I have experienced in the over thirty years I have been in the building trades. The store is clean and well- supplied and employees are informed and helpful.

The Apopka store has the best customer service of any home depot in the area. the men who cut down 4x8' sheets of lumber are extremely helpful and they know what they are doing. we really appreciate these employees!

My husband and I bought a pallet of pavers and I ask for help to load them in the truck. The attendant was so helpful loading and was very fast

I just moved to Fla, and store is very convenient and noteworthy.

I brought a few items and had to see if they had special bathroom windows in the last hour before closing. all the employees help me and even did my special 10 minutes before closing!!! I Love this Home Depot

Such a pleasant visit to this store. Their level of customer service is through the roof! We were assisted by Louis and Marcus while looking for a bbq grill; by Lenny, Vanessa, another gentleman (who I wish I knew his name) while looking for a shower water filter (they were very helpful and friendly, with a great smile) and then by Glenys and Marie, the cashiers. Marie was being mistreated by a rude customer but she kept her posture and treated him with respect (I admire that !) They all went above and beyond to make our shopping experience a great one! Thank you guys!
