Don in the appliance department was awesome! He was very courteous and informative and helpful!

Store Associate Theresa went above and beyond her duties in fetching not one but even a second vanity sink & counter from a very high shelf requiring the use of a forklift. She even helped us inspect the quality of the product inside the boxes enabling us to make a great purchase.

They schedule deliveries and deliver at their convenience not yours even though you pay a delivery fee. Management does not seem to care and don't expect a call back. The only way you talk to a manager is in person when requesting a refund.

I have always loved this store. Because every one has always spoke. I think the new folks didn't get the memo. There are some employees that ask about my kid. I have been a costumer for at this store for 19 years. And feel bad if I visit another home depot where the love is 50/50. Apopka is still my favorite store. If you look someone in the eye's speaking is something you should do to put patrons ease. I from the mid south.

I always feel welcome at this store, extremely friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this store to anyone in this area.

I came to buy a ceiling fan and the only person I could find was the plumbing person Mr. Wayne. He took the time to explain about the fans and features and matched it to my room size. He was very helpful and patient answering all my questions professionally. Y

I placed an online curbside pickup order and the experience was horrible. I got to the store for my pickup and parked in the designated area. No one was there to assist so I call Customer Service who placed me on hold . I stayed on hold for about ten minutes before someone hung up on me. I called back and waited about two minutes for someone to answer. They brought my order to my vehicle and upon checking I had problems with two items. The person pulling the order had called me and stated a sprinkler on the list was not in stock. He ask if I would sub for another one that was cheaper and I gave the okay. Later when I check my receipts I was still billed for the more expensive sprinkler. I also ordered a pruner and found it to be too small for my job. I went back into the store and it took another 30 minutes or so to return these items. All in all it was a very bad experience.

This store has some of the most knowledgeable employees in all departments.

Holy crap what a dump. The whole parking lot surrounding this store is so filthy it is amazing the manager still has his job. If this is a reflection on how they keep sanitized you are in for a rude awakening. Rubber gloves, masks trash, debris everywhere piled up in some places and the employees don’t really care. You get a big fat ZERO Home Depot!!!

Don was great in the Appliances Dept

Product knowledge of team members is stellar. Organized stock and neat location. One can easily spend an hour in this store browsing the aisles and walking through the plants.

I love going to apopka Home Depot, they always go above and beyond for there customers.

Mower Repair technician has an attitude. Bad incident there over 5 day period. Tried to talk to manager Dee Dee. She was not in the store. Lonnie was supposed to call me. Never did. I did talk to Crystal days before but she dropped the ball too. Would not recommend this store for any repairs. Most employees in this store is very dedicated, Managers should call customers back.

We had already gone to the competitor and received a written quote, thru the specialist in the door department we found out the door they quoted was actually incorrect. The associate corrected the error, gave us a better price on the same door! And with a smile!

The associates in plumbing did an amazing job ensuring I purchased the right parts. They then went above and beyond by providing the assistance I needed. This helped me save time and get the job done right the first time. Thanks for the awesome customer service and experience.
