Store is always clean, organized and sufficient display to give one an idea as to what how you can do or dream of project.

Every time we come in to the Apopka Home Depot, the sales associates are friendly. Even if they are busy and you ask them a question, they will answer and atleast help as much as they can, until its your turn. The cashiers are friendly. We have never had a bad experience here and we love it.

They have it all or the can get it for you

The Apopka Home Depot is by far the most warm, helpful, friendly store of all the Home Depot stores in the Central Florida area. Every time we are there someone is running the floor cleaning machine around all the aisles. We have been to all of the various stores and always return to the Apopka store. Steve and Patrick two of the cashiers we see regularly, always welcome you with a smile. Bob and a gentleman that commutes from Daytona Beach (name escapes me) are very knowledgeable and are always willing to make suggestions, try to find solutions to problems. Mariam and Crystal are always ready to help no matter your problem. DeeDee, the Manager, has a welcome smile for every customer. In some of the other stores we feel the employees have the attitude that they are doing you a favor to help you. In the Apopka store that is not the case. We have been Home Depot Customers for almost 40 years and have had frustrations over the years but have been very satisfied with the Apopka store.

The pro team is great but when every I have to get something I go out of my way to use the Apopka store. Knowledge kind and fully stocked with products we use.

Allenea has truly been amazing to our family. My partner and I moved to Apopka almost a year ago and we spent a lot of time in Home Depot preparing our house, all of the staff were great, but Allenea goes above and beyond to make sure you have the full guest experience. Moving can be a pain, but it’s always great when you have amazing staff to assist you and make it easier.

The store was well stocked and staff extremely helpful and friendly.

I just want to say overall my experience with Home Depot has been great and I shop there a lot, it was this last time that really was a very disappointing experience. I ended up having to return almost $600 in sales because of the way the HD installers installed my previous sink about 15 years ago ... no one was willing to risk taking it out, so I was extremely disappointed to have been told HD could do nothing but refund the installation amount. Since no one would remove the old sink I also had to return the new sink, disposal, and drain plug, very unhappy experience. Kat is the person who tried to help but ultimately provided the bad news...I had NO issues with her. All of this was after waiting 6 days for someone to even called me to set up the install, and being place on hold during one call for almost 18 minutes just to be told Mike was at lunch.

Love this location! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We spend most of our lives in this store since moving to our new home - probably 3-4 times every weekend and love how helpful and observant the employees are in order to assist.

Unfortunately the last time I went to make a purchase, someone hit my car, although I had three cameras in front of the building, none was able to see the person in charge. The store's external security system is unfortunate. What I saved time and money trying to buy at this store is now going to spend to fix my car.

I did not find the brand of the product that l sought but the helpful and friendly nature of the associates, accompanied by the clean store-environment, enhanced my shopping experience.
