We went in to home depot twice on the same day. The 2nd trip we had a cashier named LeLe. She was extremely kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help. Even though she was busy, she still took the time to help and be kind.

I like shopping at this store. The marjority of the people are helpful, friendly and professional. You occassional run into someone who is having a bad day but not often. However, despite the corporate policy of recycling CFL bulbs and batteries purchased there, this store does not recycle.

I just ordered my Samsung refrigerator and worked with a 15 year veteran employee of Home depot and she couldnt had been a better sales person to help me decide on what to buy ..We are both in customer service and she was so so helpful. No pressure at all I have purchase whole house carpet this year also I shop around alot they had the best value

My experience at Home Depot was fantastic. I was met at the door by an associate that asked if she could assist me in anything. I went down my list, and, she guided me to every thing that I needed. Her name is Tabitha. My checkout was also fast, and speedy. That associate's name is Barbra. I would recommend that store to all of my friends! I appreciated the experience.

This is the rudest store on the planet I needed help and I flaged down a lady she looked at me and started walking the other way then I started to jog to catch her then she started to sprint away man just needed help finding furnace filters I hate this store but its 1 minute from my house

Like home depot, don't like your gauging the lumber prices, we all need home repairs, Why.

I shop at this location, Beechmont in Anderson, Ohio often but on this particular occasion, I went to return a light blub. I had the fixture in hand to help me out but I still needed assistance. I found Shelby. She walked me to Lonnie, a nice gentleman who worked in lighting. They both spent at least 10-15 minutes helping me chose the right to blub, right down to plugging it in for shade. Shelby was interested in learning too. Then Cameron helped me with my mulch loading. The best experience!

Employees at this store are wonderful! Cameron and Joe helped us with mulch - they are so customer friendly- we had an awesome experience!! I appreciate that the employees know so much more than I do about every home project that I have going on!

Frequently use this store for my business and personal needs. This trip was below par due to Willie their cashier who was very rude, disrespectful and acted like she didn’t want to be there.

Can never get anyone to help you, either too busy on their phone or too busy talking to their co-workers

Everyone this morning was very helpful and polite. I got in and out fast. The tools and paint representative were a big help.

Service used to be a sure thing at Home Depot, but it's been sliding downhill over the past few years. More than once I've been in the parking lot, in a Handicap space, using a cane, struggling to load things into my truck only to have employee after employee walk past me as though I wasn't there. It never used to be that way.

We were able to find the products we were looking for however we did not receive any assistance during our 2.5 hours of shopping here for a major home project. We actually only saw 1 employee in the lumber department and he basically ignored us. The aisles were very cluttered and we had to move things several times just to get to the items we needed to purchase. The cashier was friendly and efficient. It also would have been nice considering we spent $1,400 on lumber to have an employee even offer to help us with our 4 carts loaded down but that did not happen sadly.

The store is clean and organized and all the employees are friendly, helpful and professional.
