Went to garden department to buy pavers. was told the garden department was not open but people had Flowers, trees, plants, in their carts from the garden department. If I wanted to buy the wall stones I had to walk to the other end of the store after they figured out what I wanted in the computer, Pay for the items, walk back to my truck, then wait for 15 minutes for someone to open the gate to get the supplies I needed. Not to mention the revenue lost, must not be a priority. Both days I was there the time was 11:30 AM. Not good business

Have all my products in stock when I am ready to remodel.

the sales people Michael and Charlie were very helpful and friendly as well as the young man at customer service who issued my credit card

We are renovating our home and we live across the street off Hopper Hill, so we are now regulars. We go to Home Depot 3+ times a week, and we’ve never had an issue. They’re always attentive to us and answer all of our questions. We’re very happy with them.

I have never had a better experience at a home improvement store than I had on my last trip to my local Home Depot(Beechmont Ave location)! Bravo to all the employees at customer service that helped me with my gift card issue and a huge Thank You to the manager whose act of kindness reminded me that there are still good people in this world! (Brought tears to my eyes!) Professional, KIND, knowledgeable.. all of the associates deserve a huge shout out! I will definitely be a loyal shopper of the Beechmont Home Depot from now on and tell all of my friends and family about my wonderful experience!

We loved working with Karel Charlie Cepcani with on getting our new Samsung appliance package.He was awesome! Lines were long and costumer service wasn’t busy at all. Kind of aggravating when there are four behind the counter and they can’t check people out or help on the registers.

All stores say they have a great crew but your store really does. I was very impressed in the paint department by Judy who was very busy but so friendly and then when I got to checkout I met Taylor who was equally great helping me process a $5 off coupon and at the same time managed up Judy in paint. Wow!

Everything we needed was easy to find. Store was clean in good condition. Workers were friendly and I would could back and recommend this Home Depot to others.

The store had what I needed which is always good but even better the employee's were helpful and the cashier "Tasha" was friendly and best of all wished me a great day and to come back and visit again. I love customer service and I will definitely will be returning for any future needs.

MYRIAM definitely deserves a raise

I needed an oven. Mine went out completely. So I went there and found a stove. I asked about getting it to take that day. no, they don't do that. You have to order it. I told them I needed it right away. I was told they could have it there by thursday (this was saturday). I placed the order, paid my money. Today i get a call that the stove won't be here for another month. When I called the store to get help, I was told there was nothing they could do. As well, I now have to drive all the way back down there for them to do a refund. Not happy. Poor customer service. Why there were no alerts from Whirlpool stating that this item was on back order? No one wanted to help us and they seem to not care about losing a large purchase.
