The pro desk is the best. Elsie, Heather, Sonia, and Audi are the most professional and helpful people ever. Their attention to detail and ability to help at every level makes my visits enjoyable and efficient. They make all of my transactions easy, comfortable, and they are always concerned with my projects outcomes. They go above and beyond the necessary level of service. If not for them I would probably go elsewhere. Their help is much better than other locations. Pro girls Rock!

I brought lot many things for my landscaping, while I had a struggle to choose on components where we have wide verity! Staff in the aisle helped a lot of explaining the feature of the product and its so helpful to buy.

Recently moved to area and this store contain lot of inventory and employees are friendly

Bought a nice back yard table and chairs. Very good price and product. The Store Manager helped me get it all loaded up and exceeded my expectations.

Audi at the pro desk is always so helpful. Everyone there is great, but we truly appreciate how Audi goes the extra step to make sure we are taken care of.

Wanted to thank the store manager Jeshus , who had help me as the appliance deliver was delayed by 2 weeks from LG. Understanding my situation and Jeshus's help has been an outstanding experience. He is very smart, proactive ,empathetic, knowledgeable and is one of the best managers. It was very impressive to see how everything was taken care at record time. Anna, Tywanda, OWEN AND CLARENCE IN APPLICANCES ARE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. THEY JUST NEED MORE HELP BACK IN appliances. a special shoutout to Shanada in customer service and the other store manager Gabriel. Very accommodating.

I haven't need been here much in the past couple years but i am always satisfied with the customer service at this store. Home depot in general is a great company with great customar service. Big selection of supplies materials. Knowledgeable staff. Competitive prices.

Maria at store #1076 is awesome! I know nothing about anything that could be sold at Home Depot. Maria was friendly, attentive, and helpful. She took her time explaining things in a way I would understand and was very knowledgeable. She was so easy to be around that she made this very expensive purchase as easy as it could have been. Always a great place to shop for hardware. Lots of room and selection of products. Products that are carried are in stock. Help is usually available when needed; definitely there when large or heavy items are involved.

Imagine, looking at all the selection of keys, instead of waiting around to get help, a HD associate asks you if you would like some help (rather than pushing a button and waiting around for someone to come help you) Then when your ready, the cashier finds you & asks if your ready to be rung up. These days, when we can’t even show our smile courtesy goes a long way. I was in and out and on my way. Thanks HD employees!

I have shopped at many Home Depot stores throughout the years, but the Brentwood store employees were the most helpful of all of them. Very friendly, easy to talk to, and they listen well.
