I ordered vinyl floors and carpet through Home Depot. As the product was nice, the customer service in the Brentwood store stinks! It has been a nightmare trying to get my floors installed. First they under-measured my baseboards by 120 feet! I had to wait days before they could deliver the rest and they made me responsible for rescheduling the carpet install. Then they cancelled my delivery and never called me to tell me ! And don't try to call the store because you will never get through! They don't answer the phones there! I had to drive 20 minutes to the store each time I had a problem because you can't call them! UGH ! Also, I've purchased defective lighting & mirrors from them as well. I'm taking my business across the street to the other guys in hopes of better customer service.

EMPLOYEES NEED TO WEAR MASKS PROPERLY!!!!!! Not under their nose, not in their hands...Show respect for all by complying with health and safety rules. Have towels and sprays available for carts too!!, not "were out".

Horrible experience with online order. Nothing was ready, although call night before said it was completed. Took an hour each time to have items brought to truck. Customer service was not helpful at all and were very rude and un attentive. At one point they stopped processing my order to get cookies from a co worker... Spoke with Assistant Manger on duty when I came back for second load, and he did absolutely nothing, just passed me along. Second Load took an hour to get loaded as well, plus had to move truck twice because there was no organization or leadership. Then got email two days later that our order was pending pick up. Called in to check to see if something was missed and got the same rude customer service. Instead of admitting they forgot to close out the ticket at second load pick up, they suggested that we go and count all the bricks and call them back to confirm...I really thought that was their job and the point of the online order. This group has lost my business.

Bryan in lumber is a bad associate. An a dangerous operator of Cutting Equipment. I waited 30 minutes while he mis cut my board twice. He isn't careful, allows himself to be interrupted while operating dangerous equipment and then makes mistake. His customer service is also very very poor. He ending up walking away after mis cutting a 2nd replacement board, saying I need to go to the bathroom …. leaving me standing their. Twice, he interrupted my service while he engaged himself with other customers, while I waited standing next to him. I left with my incorrectly cut board. I'm a property manager in Nevada and California and use at least 6 Home Depot locations. Never had an experience as bad as this.

I placed an order at the Pro Desk, the service rep was fast efficient and well versed in what I needed to get my job done the right way. She offered alternatives when product I wanted wasn't available. Great experience, defiantly will be back.

I shop almost exclusively at the Brentwood store because of the ladies at the Pro Desk. Sandra, Erin, Audi and Elsie make my work life much easier. They work very well together as a team while providing me excellent service.

This store has everything you need, and the workers are so nice. I highly recommend this Home Depot for your work or garden supplies. It has everything you need, love this place.

I recommend that store management do a better job at sanitation of store and baskets and counter tops and area where people put their hands. That employees wash their hands and flush toilets and lift up the toilet seats.

The costumer service is grate an the parking is no problem

Employee assistance has improved greatly. The store was clean and checkout is very easy. The restroom was clean and well stocked.

Parking lot is full of garbage. I spent five minutes just cleaning up around my car. Please have an employee walk around and pick up the garbage every morning in the parking lot and around the bushes. I am more likely to shop here the cleaner it is. This makes the city look bad and encourages people to litter.

This Home Depot location is clean, well stocked and I had an easy time finding what I needed. Their employees are very helpful! Alex helped me load up my car and Megan was really helpful checking me out at the self checkout. They made my trip easier.

Is a good store

Poor selection of products & very poor customer service.

Both Mirian and Elsie went above and beyond with their assistance today.

Went to the store to look for some tool storage boxes and had to ask for assistance to locate them. Employee Marvin was eager to help out and directed us to the front of the store where the tool storage boxes were located on the top shelf behind the pro desk. After doing some quick comparison shopping online my husband and I decided to purchase 2 of the 60 inch Ridged boxes. Marvin recruited Laurie and another employee to assist. Marvin quickly retrieved a order picker (O.P) as it was called by an employee, and navigated it through the small space behind the pro desk and among the Black Friday specials. Marvin and another employee harnessed up and retrieved two of the heavy items while Laurie was a spotter in the ground. Susan was quick to be our cashier and Marvin and the other employee ended up helping loading our truck too !! Very impressed exceptional customer service from these employees!!

The staff in the appliance department are extremely helpful!
