Had my fence replaced last June.. From all the rain, the door to enter my back yard sunk and could not open the door.. In order to do so, I had to remove gravel/pavers I had in the walkway.. Called and got the run around from Bryan... Was told Carlos will be getting in contact with me.. Never happened.. Reached out to Bryan.,. No help.. Reached out to the store.. No help.. During this time I was in the process of staining my fence and found that they left hole in the ground that just fills with water.. Also found that there were parts of my fence that was not even screwed in... Exposed screws.... Was told I was going to get a call.. Never happened.. But what they did was come to my home and did not let me know and "fixed" my issues.. I STILL CANNOT OPEN MY GATE!!! All they did was replaced the "hardware" on the door and snuck and screwed in the parts they did not do.. They still left the holes which could have been backfilled with the dirt they dug our for the posts.... Was told my issues are not covered under the "warranty". To pay over $10,000 less than a year ago for a new fence and not to get no help from Home Depot is shameful...

managers do not fix issues in a timely manner

Greg at the customer service desk was pleasant ,Professional, and helpful. He understood my situation as a home improvement contractor and help me to return a customers special order item which arrived damaged. The customer was able to reorder a replacement Great job! Thanks

I go there for most home improvement products I need and they are there and when I need help an associate is always available to help me.

Went to pick up my online order and purchase a couple other items I needed. Gregory saw my son and I walking up to Customer Service and quickly walked over ready to help. He was kind, helpful, and did it with a smile! Was a pleasure to meet him.

Very friendly employees Chris the manager help me out with my key and changing the battery in it. Chris the manager WOW me. He went above and beyond.

This is my go to store when I need to pick up anything for my home. It is clean and I’m always able to find what I’m looking for quickly.

Ozzie and Ron took the time to listen .. they took me exactly to tge product I needed. Ron turned to another employee when he was unsure,Ozzie showed us both exactly what I needed

Customer service people should have customer service skills, obviously Sherlyn didn’t have it

Jackie, Pro-Cashier Store 0939 on numerous occasions, she ensured that my car was loaded with my purchases that I needed for our bathroom renovation. And I didn’t have to lift a finger. She is truly a beautiful person with a great soul and a true customer advocate.

The store employees ,including a so call "manager" could not tell Me why My 10% off coupon would not work on a $400 purchase ! So I wasted 1hr. shopping and !/2 hr, in line waiting for the H.D. employees to help only to leave with nothing !!! DON'T SHOP AT H.D.!!!

I like going to this Home Depot I always leave feeling very appreciated thanks for your team of associates

I've shopped at other locations, but don't always find what I'm looking for. This store keeps great levels of inventory. I never have that issue here. Always have what I'm looking for.

Just wanted to say the employee Randy really was very helpful. He saved me time and money with his expert knowledge in the electrical area and helped me get the right stuff I needed for my projects. I’ll be looking for his assistance next time I’m in the store. Thanks again

Dino and Steve went above and beyond helping me return some items that I had purchased on line. they deserve 5 stars! They were both so patient and helpful.

Ordered online, shipped to store. Item damage at pickup. $1000.00 microwave. I’m told to do a reorder I need to pay again and wait for the refund. HD is worth billions, I’m not. Their policy sucks. Bye bye HD

Not sure who the older guy working self check was 9/6/23 in early afternoon but he was by far the nastiest associate I have ever encountered at this location. Witnessed him being downright mean to multiple customers and when I asked for a price match to HD's own website he said it was online only and refused to even look at the listing. I've spent thousands of dollars at this store and this was by far the worst experience. I usually look past the relatively poor selection and things being out of stock because this is closest HD store and the associates are usually very nice but this guy was the absolute worst. He needs to be coached or moved to an area where he doesn't interact with people.

Delighted with the electrical dept. at this Home Depot. I thought I knew what I was doing by replacing the lamp set and cut wires without taking pictures. Made a huge problem, but Home Depot came through and the lamp now works.

I went in looking for an item I saw online, listing 16 available in the store. I went to the isle where similar items were found, but was unable to locate it. Two employees, Steven and Cat, went out if their way to find it while I continued to browse. They brought me the item and I was on my way. Very helpful employees.

the tool rental lady is amazing. i forget her name, but she is skinny, looks 23 but said she was 38. very friendly. someone was giving her trouble about COVID and also about the price of their truck rental even though they kept the truck an extra 2-3 days (which come on man you know it’s going to be extra if you keep it longer than you reserved it for!!!) but she handled it very well. very knowledgeable and friendly. i love her.
