Recently my husband and I purchased a large appliance at HomeDepot. Mr. Andy Gablik assisted us and he was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. His customer service skills are exceptional.

I prefer the home depot stores as they most times have everything I need for my home project. This visit we bought a tree and several plants. They are always well cared for and fresh.

Needed help with ordering a generator that was not in stock. Tia, an employee was ever so helpful. Was helpful, pleasant, and had an excellent attitude. Couldn't thank her enough.

All clerks at the customer service of Burlington Home Depot are very helpful.

The sales specialist I talked to is not polite at all, she is very impatient when I tried to asked her any question. She also gave us wrong information and mislead us.

Millwork... I had to order 7 window sashes from Andersen. Dentia made it a breeze with the complex order. Home Depot saved me more meny than going through Andersen directly! Great job and another great experience at this HD

i returned 3 products that were purchased at a different home depot to the home depot in Burlington , i called the main number and they told me i can return the items to any location but when i arrived they only let me return 2 of the 3 items ?? the rude gentleman that they have running customer service told me i have to return 1 item to the home depot an hour away ..customer service is horrible

I have yet to run into an inattentive, impolite or inactive employee at this location. We just moved to the area and have been fixing up our house, so we've been to home improvements stores in the area several times and this store is our preferred store. In other stores, I have had to wait multiple times for over an hour each time for basic services. I have not had a bad experience here yet and can't imagine that I will in the future because they are so consistently amazing.
