I had 3 returns to make without a receipt. The customer service representative was extremely rude and condescending. I was told I could only receive store credit and not given an explanation as to why the money couldn't have been refunded directly to my Home Depot card. She was so off-putting that I will not return to this store.

Team members are super helpful store is fairly easy to navigate!

Don't order anything that has to be delivered. Ordered a BBQ grill and when delivered it was a scratched and chipped floor model. Also was back and forth on if it was coming on the day they said it would or if it wasn't. Horrible service and no one knows what the other is doing. The Hamilton NJ store is even worse!!

I finally realize that Home Depot will always be the first store I go to. Their employee Chris was so friendly and so helpful. He approached me and helped me and then even came back to make sure I found the product. It’s great to have someone help you without having to search isles for an employee

In my opinion, the worst DIY project is plumbing. On several occasions I have been assisted by 'Chris' in the plumbing department. His professional manner, willingness to help, product knowledge, and advice are second to none. Chris has made several of my plumbing projects a success and significantly reduced the time I spent on the projects. I won't start a plumbing project without talking to Chris! Thank you.

If your in the market for anything but especially an appliance, then head to this store and you will get FIVE STAR treatment! We had the pleasure of working with a Mr. Andy G and he was beyond amazing, a customers dream associate! Great inventory, friendly associates, clean and organized as well.

The Burlington store is one of the best Home Depot’s that I have gone to. The employees are so helpful and so nice and friendly. They always have everything I am looking for, and then some!

The staff were very friendly and eager to help. I also dropped my wallet on the way out of the garden center, returned approximately 30 minutes later and John the cashier in the garden center had found my wallet, notified the customer service (which had a note with my name and missing wallet on it) in case I called. I was escorted to the garden center to John, who did have my wallet but to make sure he asked my full name before handing it over to me. I appreciate that very much!!!

The Westampton HomeDepot is Awesome! Excellent customer service and always have the items I need to complete my home and rental property projects.

Most staff I had contact with was very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to find exactly what I was looking for. If I wasn't sure exactly the type of product I needed, the staff was more than happy to give me options based on my needs.

I had an exceptional experience in this store. I commend the management for having a knowledgeable team at work there! I received prompt assistance with an online carpet order - Chris Tusa assisted me - this guy is amazing - what a wonderful personality and so very professional. He also demonstrated great respect toward me as well as his co-workers. My in-store visit went pretty quickly and smoothly. This is a great Home Depot. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The employees at this store are pleasant and very helpful. I’ve been to other Home Depot locations for different reasons but this location here in Burlington is my new home for Home Depot. This store has knowledgeable friendly employees that care for their customers. The store is a clean and safe place to shop. I have been able to ask for assistance or asked if I need assistance on every time I go shopping. As a result, I frequently order online and pick up at the store. They also have curbside pick-up. I may try that next time when I come to pick up my next time as I anticipate receipt of a large item coming in next week.

The staff is knowledgeable and can direct you to the area for the items you are looking for.

A superstore. Chris in Plumbing, Ron in Appliances, Theresa at checkout, Ken in hardware, George in lumber, Kristen in Kitchens and many others have made this store my go to store. The store is clean & well stocked. Used to hear, “You can do it; we can help.” It’s true.
