The itself was not a problem it was dealing with the managers when I had an issue that turned me completely off from coming back to this store. Make sure you don't have to return anything or that you don't need the assistance of a manager when visiting this store.

Poor customer service and self checkout is poorly staffed.

Scott in Tools, and Benoit overall, were awesome - resolving an on-line screw up and making it right.

The store is well-stocked and conveniently located. Most of the employees are helpful. Be prepared for zero pleasantness, however, if you ever have to return anything. The woman working the returns had better things to do, gave no eye contact, and seemed bothered that I was there. I don't care how efficient you are with the transaction, if you are rude to your customers, you've ruined it.

I really want to thank John, Brandon, and Carla in the flooring department. I had a life changing event and they all helped to make the situation right for my family. I really like John. He is very patient, knowledgeable and helpful.

The checkout lady, Mary Lou IS FANTASTIC! During the checkout, she was friendly and very efficient. I accidentally left a bag at the checkout counter, however, she ran out of the store into the parking lot to look for me. Even though I was parked pretty far away, she still ran after my car and handed me my bag as I was about to drive away! What incredible customer service!!

We had a great experience buying appliances here. Had a wonderfully helpful salesperson that was patience and worked with us to get just what we needed in our budget. There was a large selection of appliances to chose from with a wide range of prices.

I'm always happy to go to Home Depot in Cornelius. The employees are friendly and always very helpful. I'm impressed with their help. I'd been in the competition store and they could not find a solution for my exterior door and in Home depot the helped me right away! Thank you!

Both the store associate who helped me buy the faucet repair kit and the cashier named Marylou was by far the best customer service I received in a hardware store! The store associate made every effort to make sure I had the right repair parts and Marylou was exemplary from greeting to thank you as I purchased my products. These types of customer service can never be replaced and it makes a very loyal customer.
