Kristy was outstanding! I was waiting for a manager to help with a plant I needed to return Kristy said she could help me and she did! She went and got the plant I needed to exchange and waited for me to bring the plant I got for my Anniversary back did my exchange help me too the car! She was amazing I really appreciate her going out of her way for me! This made my day!

Thanks to Daniel (Manager of Customer Service) I walked out with the tool I needed for that day's job. Cornelius, NC store. Not so good thoughts for the older guy in Tools aisle 13. Can't remember his name, but he obviously should retire. He seemed too bored to even bother helping a potential customer.

This store is amazing. Very clean. Item well displayed. The employees are the most helpful of any I have seen. They go out of their way to help. I'm one satisfied customer.

I called the store and sent to garden center and the person I spoke with was able to tell me the item I was looking for was in stock! No one else in area had what I needed!

I can usually find the things I'm looking for at this particular store. On a recent visit I asked where an item was located. The employee told me it was outside in the garden center. When I couldn't find it there, I asked another employee who told me where the item was located inside the store. This has happened to me on many visits to this store in the past several years. I know it's a big store and that you carry a lot of different items. I have resorted to trying to remember to use the HD app before heading to the store.

Nobody’s perfect, and when I had an issue with a home delivery, I was glad I had purchased from this store. The Asst Manager, Daniel, jumped in quickly, with a smile, and with a little something extra for my time and trouble!

Item never delivered. Staff blamed delivery vendor. Who is responsible for picking the delivery person? No offer for a credit. No accountability.

If you are going to buy appliances, speak to Manny. He is so knowledgeable and he makes the experience so fun!

Store its self is good. on-line ordering needs some work. Ordered and paid for items that were not in stock. No offer was made to send from another store. still waiting to be reimbursed

Not the best experience I have had at a Home Depot. I drove 20 miles out of my way because it was the nearest store with the product I wanted to look at. I spent 15 minutes looking at lawnmowers and not a single employee that walked by asked if I needed help. I then stood around for 5 minutes looking for some one to help me and no one came by. I then had to walk to the other end of the store to get a flat-bottom cart to load a push mower (+70lb box) on to. I had a noticeable wrist brace on and was limping while walking through the store. Both of the boxes at customer level were damaged or opened up in some way. There were only 2 cashiers working, one at the lumber desk and the other at the self serve. There had to be 20 people at the self-serve and no way to maintain social distancing and no one to help coordinate customers. After paying for the expensive over sized box that a grown man could fit in, the cashier didn't even ask if I needed help loading it. I was having to use the cart as a walker because loading the box onto the cart I twisted my already injured knee. Where was the customer service?

5 stars across the board!! Huge shoutout to Daniel, assistant store manager. He is phenomenal! Helped me address concerns related to a custom order that encountered scheduling mishaps. He addressed the situation professionally, treated me with great respect, and was able to resolve the issue. Daniel deserves a promotion and a raise! Also, shoutouts to Cliff, Stephanie, Christie, Justin, Maya, Michelle, the list goes on. All have been a pleasure to work with at the Customer Service desk.

I live close to this store and I am so thankful. The employees are all friendly, helpful and very informative. Thank you so much for all being so professional and kind.

Staff all treat you the way you should be treated. Very welcoming, very friendly. I always liked shopping at this store. We needed assistance getting a trimmer and the young man was very accommodating. Nice kid!! This store also seems to always have what we are looking for. Great job, Home Depot!!!

Stephanie helped us at the Returns desk last evening. Because it was raining, I had dropped off my wife at the front door with an item to return. In the short time it took me to park and join my wife inside the store, Stephanie had already assisted her and we were ready to go. Thanks!
