Just a really nice store all around. Angelette was such a big help when I was there.

This has happened to me several times. In most cases it was only small change differences. Today a different story. 3/16" drill bit. DW1112 price indicated aisle 14, bay 008 $2.97 actual cost at register $3.97 and increase of 33%. Returning items at my earliest convenience. I will no longer shop this establishment.

I have been shopping at home depot in Conyers and Covington for the past 10 years, but the Covington store #0165 have won me over completely, with their customer service and awesome employees.

I see a sales paper from The Home Depot and the Next thing I know I am buying a NEW tool for my workshop. That's OK because I know the Home Depot back up all the Items they sell

The Covington GA store is always clean, always well stocked And every associate is the best, great attitudes and always helpful

Sherri is/was awesome @ my visit today… she was bright, knowledgeable and very customer friendly

Location is always nice and neat but employees could use some customer service skills.

I required assistance in both plumbing and electrical. I spoke with four different employees, two of whom called for assistance. No one ever showed up to assist me. I asked for some help from some fellow customers, and they are the ones that found the items I needed. The employees that I did speak with did not work in those departments, but they did not offer to assist me anyway. I spoke to the cashier, and she said that people have been calling out sick. If that’s the case, then isn’t at the manager’s job to make sure that he or she is in that store to fill in where needed, or tell other employees that they are required to help out in any section?

The employer there are very helpful. Always on Time

Strongly suggest going during the day!!! Look for Sherri in lawn and garden!! SHE KNOWS THE WHOLE STORE!! EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND SWEET!!!! Night shift avoids eye contact, in fear they might have to help you!!!

Bought two faucet nozzles instead of one. Harvey showed item is dual threads.

The employee at the self checkout is very rude. Unwilling to help with military discount. Told me to go outside to the middle of the parking lot to pull up app for discount code.

Employees are pleasant and helpful. However the trash around the outside of the store is disgraceful and a blight on our community.

One of the best Homedepot’s I have ever shopped at. Specially, when I was approached by FAYZ. He was friendly and helpful.

I was looking for a hinged bar lock for the longest time and none of the Home Depot's in my area had it. Luckily, I found it at Convington Homedpeot, and upon my visit, I was approached by of the cashiers named Fayz who helped me find it by looking it up on his phone. The store was clean and filled with friendly people who were willing to help.

I go there just about every day everyone there is very helpful.

I know it's hard during covid with the shortage of help but working with the employees at the Covington Home Depot made it a good experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I really appreciated Kenya at customer service. She was so knowledgeable with the computers and the ordering process she made what could have been stressful enjoyable.

The covington home depot is a super helpful & friendly store. The manager goes out of her way to help you & the pro desk is really good about getting you in & out. I recommend this store over any other home depot around
