My cashier was wonderful, associates are always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was very Satisfied as always with my recent visit at Home Depot.

This home depot is the best of stores in this area - employees do try to help. The store is clean and check out and returns are very good. This store is like all the others, in store lighting it’s two dark. More lights would make it more inviting and easier to see products. Like walking in a dungeon.

The staff at this store is awesome. This should be the model store for all Home Depots.

I would think that a store that is as large as this store is would not restrict check outs to building materials and garden center...on opposite ends of the store. They will begrudgingly check you out at the returns counter in the center of the store, however there is usually a long, very slow moving line there. I can not think of any logical reason for a store to be set up this way it is certainly not as a convience to the customers.

Entered the store with a friendly welcoming employee; store was clean and clear signage helped me to quickly go to the area I needed. Assistance was available and the cashier was professional, friendly and was quick to check me out.

Just moved to Covington and was shopping for a washer & dryer. The Associate Tracy assisted us with purchasing the right washer & dryer that would fits our needs. Tracy was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and best of all Great Patience in helping us choose the best appliance.

At store 0165 the customer service person BCH3494 Sorry I don’t remember her name . Located item on computer, went to the item location, called for someone in that department and input all information to order it on line. AWESOME!!!

I shop here all the time &spend lots of money if I didn’t like it or enjoy my visits I would go to Conyers . Never had any problems at all !

Home Depot serves our community very well in my opinion. They have an excellent location off I-20, which is easily accessible from locals and those in neighboring areas. It is kept clean and the customer service desk is top notch.

The store was clean and my order was ready, however, the woman at the entrance door was rude and not helpful. She would not allow me to exit the door I came in and wouldn’t offer a buggy or call for assistance as I struggled to get the heavy 8 ft. long materials to my SUV. I did see her permit other customers to enter and exit that same door.

The associates at the paint desk were very knowledgeable and helpful. The associates at the plywood cutting center were very friendly and helpful. Our visit went in a smooth and timely manner. We appreciate all the assistance that we received.
