I was looking for a Christmas tree and the staff was welcoming and friendly although I did come 15 minutes before closing time. They helped me by describing the type of real pine trees for Christmas they had and also the process by which they should be set. This is very meaningful as I was already there 15 minutes closing time. Keep up the great work!

I love this Home depot on fair Ave. So help full and they knew just what I needed I had no idea what I was there for by I just told them what I was trying to achieve and they knew what I needed.

the check out service is the worst I've ever experienced at Home Depot. Instead of helping you they are bothered and don't have any answers and wont get a supervises they just wait for you to leave.

We returned to weed eaters this past weekend. The staff was quick and friendly. We were able to replace one and get credit for the other without problems because we had the receipts and a copy of our credit card items.

Life long customer, this is my main home improvement store.

We couldn’t find the right flooring anywhere and this was the second Home Depot we went to. Finally Mike from flooring helped us by calling around and making the other stores get someone on the phone to confirm for sure if they had what we needed. Then he had them pull it out and get it all ready for us as well.

I’ve been searching for a deck stain and Home Depot had a good selection. The color that was missing was quickly found at another store by a young woman who took interest in my project and wanted me to find what I needed.

I went for sheetrock and they had plenty of stock at a more affordable price than other stores.

This neighborhood is vibrant and so many homes are been repaired and upgraded. Your store is always filled with contractors and home owners like me. I am glad you always have what I am looking for. When department staff is not too busy re-stocking they have been very helpful. John from Doors and windows and Cashiers are wonderful!

I've gone in the store on 2 occasions to buy paint and it ALWAYS takes them FOREVER to come and open the gate. It's ridiculous!

Over the past year, the store has gone downhill considerably. They have rearranged the layout which makes it hard to find things. There are fewer employees on the floor to ask for help. They've done away with too many of the live cashiers and are herding everyone towards the self checkout where you have to stand in line for ten minutes to ring up your own purchase. Have shopped here for 20 years and am no longer satisfied with the shopping experience here.

I visit this store regularly. It would take to long to list everything I purchase. I am remodeling my home and there is still a lot to do!! But I am very happy to have such an excellent place to do my shopping

The store very neat and clean. Very friendly employees. Patrick at the self check out helped me a lot and also listened to my problems with wasps nests at my home. We had a good laugh. Thank you Home Depot.

The store was clean and well-stocked. We had a problem finding a price and were immediately helped. We were very pleased with this store. The store manager Patrick was very courteous and friendly, which to us makes a difference in returning to this store location, which we will.

It was my favorite store but today things were extremely bad in the flooring department with a worker named Eli. The individual has an extremely poor attitude, has no idea about Customer Service, looks for way to do nothing and takes it out on the Customer. Its obvious that his personal issues are brought to work with him and will lose it in a moments notice. I spoke to the Manager about the confrontation that I had with his employee and hope that things are corrected.

If you are working on a project at home, they have the stuff that you need.

We were welcomed entering the store by the friendly store's greeter. The store was clean. Items were easy to find. Cashier, Mariaelena, was extremely nice during our checkout. I will definitely return to shop at this location again.

Employees are not very friendly, and attentive toward your customers. They seem to be worried about being asked questions from your customers.

Employees inside store either not happy with their jobs, because when asked a question they don't have a scanner on them but do not offer to go find out either, when you approach Pro Center, even thou there just standing there, they can't help in checking for a price that almost right next to their desk, because they direct me to go to regular cashier, cause their just contractor when get to regular cahier that to busy and want to rush you out of her line without letting customer make choice on key pad to get a print and email receipt. Rush you out and when address with issue of I would like a print and email receipt then sends you to customer service where I have to wait in line again then go out side and wait in line to get merchandise loaded. Employees need to know the even though there designated to a station be courteous to customers and let customer know I can't help but I'll get you some who can, or this station only for contractors but I don't have no one here Illy see if I can be of help. Just plain common sense and courtesy get you a long way. But your loading guys were great! It made the waiting outside worst it.
