Imagine walking into a store in this day and age, and being greeted with not only a smile, but excellent customer service with ALL the associates throughout the store as well. Yes, it really can happen, and it exists at the Home Depot in Iron Mountain Michigan! A shout out to Libby at the cashier, and all of the other Home Depot associates working hard at this store to provide great customer service!

There is always someone there to help me and the wife , Courteous staff , very well stocked store for being in the middle of no where

I can't say enough good about the workers at this Home Depot. They were pleasant, eager to help me and went "the extra mile" to retrieve the items I wanted that were located at a distance for this mobility handicapped oldster. Thanks HD!

I've been to the paint department - 3 times in the past month wanting samples. Janet and Kyle (from hardware) were both extremely patient with me and helped me get the products I needed.

Angie Mellon from the Iron Mountain Home Depot Kitchen Design Center helped me in designing my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Larry in appliances is just the best. I did some research and thought I knew what I wanted. Turns out Larry showed me my space allowed for more options. I was dreading this purchase. Now, with one of Larry’s suggestions, I’m excited for my washer/dryer tower to arrived. Larry was so very knowledgeable and walked me through the pros and cons. He closed with,” my name is on the receipt, call me with any questions.” Larry, you are the man!

Every time I visit and/or make a phone call to buy I am delighted with the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the store employees. They always seem to go above and beyond and it is truly appreciated.

Consultant was a life saver. She knows her job. Lead me all the way threw my purchase. The granite choices were so many. She helped me find the perfect one.

Tried to buy paint but there seems to be no one who knows anything in this dept. Ended up with a color I didn't want as I was told the Glidden color I picked out could not be used with a Behr paint as they were out. So I ended up picking out something I didn't want. Very rude.

I know this home depot isn't as large as Green Bay or Rhinelander, but my shopping experience is way better in Iron Mt.

As always my Home Depot experience was a positive one. Pleased to see all employees masked even though other customers were not.

Everyone is friendly there's a gentleman named Craig that works at the front that is always funny the ladies in the flooring department are wonderful and extremely helpful there is a new employee I don't know her name but she is funny and she is trying to learn every department I hope she sticks around!!!!!

Jess and Angi are extremely helpful,knowledgeable,and friendly. Both went above and beyond in customer service.

Assistant Manager Chris and Appliance Manager Tracy intervened to fix a big problem that was not of Home Depots making. We purchased 4 new LG appliances on June 8 for delivery of the stove and refrigerator on July 12. The stove and refrigerator were defective right from the source and sent back. New replacement delivery date of July 30. Not acceptable. A total kitchen makeover at about $10K including Lifeproof flooring. All purchased at Home Depot. The Microwave and dish washer we took delivery of drop shipped to the store and installed them myself. 5 weeks without a working kitchen in the home. Chris and Tracy took very good care of their customer and fixed the problem immediately. On July 13 Kevin and Joe of K&J Northbound delivered the large appliances right from the store and were very efficient and professional. These employees should be recognized for their dedication to making customers happy.
