If you have any health issues I would recommend you do not venture into this store. Most customers do not wear any face covering, nor are they asked to by any Home Depot employee.

I shop here often having just built a house near Iron Mountain. Brenda in Tools was excellent yesterday when I needed help with an item they did not have in stock. She knew her products very well, was professional and helpful. The lighting man was also helpful and knowledgeable. John at the pro desk has also been helpful on several visits. No store is perfect, but I think they really try to be helpful here and it shows. Extremely nice and helpful when I need to return something also. Great store.

All the people there were very nice and satisfied my every need that I asked help with. The store had a very big supply of each product and the store was nice and tidy. It was also very easy to navigate.

I had ordered a refrigerator from the Iron Mountain Home Depot store in the beginning of October they told me would get delivered on the 28th of October that day came and I had a phone call from a gentleman that was supposed to be bringing up a refrigerator that we purchased from a Warehouse down in New London Wisconsin he told me he wasn't bringing my refrigerator today because he didn't have room for it in his truck..i ask him to put it on his truck and he said well that's too late cuz I'm already on the road and I'm not bring it up to you you going to have to reschedule I ask this gentleman for his boss's name and number which he gave me and he said have fun trying to call him I tried no one answered the phone so I was very upset cuz I've been waiting for almost a month for this refrigerator so I called The Home Depot store I talked to a gentleman in appliances I told him what happened he said hold on he put me into contact with customer service I spoke to Liz who I told her what happened then I should have kept put me in contact with a manager named Jessica also there these three people bent backwards to deliver me a refrigerator on the day I was supposed to get one by giving me the model for refrigerator that I I had ordered they gave me the floor model out of discount brought it over to the house set it up and took the old one away I was very pleased on the professionalism of these three people especially Jessica the manager even called me back and said she tried to call the warehouse down in New London Wisconsin and she didn't get an answer and I told her that this gentleman called Omar that's what he told me his name was the driver was not very nice she Jessica Liz and I think Chris was the name of the gentleman in Appliance could not have been more helpful and more kind then they were to me that day the Home Depot in Iron Mountain Michigan which is in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan It's a Wonderful store my husband was a master plumber and works for the government and so do I we work at the VA hospital in Iron Mountain Michigan we shop there a lot and I will continue to shop there because of the courtesy and the professionalism that this door showed me by getting me a refrigerator off their floor and bring it to me yes I was very upset about what happened and they listen to all my complaints with Grace and professionalism and I want to say that if every store I go into could be more like the Home Depot store in Iron Mountain Michigan it would be nice thank you

Huge variety of inventory. Employees are extra helpful. I drive extra miles just to shop here. Great store!
