I'm a new-ish homeowner who doesn't have a contractor background. The staff, including Laurie, Sandy and Chris, have been extremely helpful in brainstorming solutions to both simple and quirky projects. 10/10, would reccomend.

I bought a Frigidaire upright freezer. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Les, the manager.

I had the experience to approach the customer service desk to be helped by Ashley the manager. She did her best (within reason) to make sure I was a happy customer. What a great leader.

We came in to buy a lock for our door and asked the clerk if she could rekey it. She noticed what type our old lock was, and told us it had a life time guarantee and we should contact the company. She gave me the address and phone number. I did this and the company sent us out a new double lock.. This saved us a lot of money.

Jeremy in the paint department was wonderful. He not only walked me to the product and showed me the product that was available but spoke to me about the product. When I asked him how he enjoyed working for Home Depot he had nothing but good things to say and we held a wonderful conversation for a few minutes before he went back to work. I felt like he had above average customer service skills that day and told him so

My father purchased some power tools and when we went to return them for a better sale price, I was met with an inhospitable attitude. Many of the other staff members were great, helpful and attentive. Donna at customer service definitely wasn't any of those things. I'll stick to other locations for future needs, despite product availability.

We ordered a sink online and came to return it to Maplewood store and employee was very friendly and willing to help.

I went in not knowing what I was exactly looking for never purchased water proof wood before and the employees all came together and were so helpful I left with a masters degree in lumber thanks home depot

Bernie in electrical was so helpful. He proactively approached us when he saw we might need help. He walked us through our list and showed us where everything was. A trip that would have taken us over an hour to find on our own, took under 10 minutes total. The fact that Bernie was excited and wanted to help us meant the world. We need more folks like this in stores!

Line weren't so long and staff were friendly and fast

Home Depot had all of the supplies that I needed.

I do not speak and was buying several things for a project. I asked several employees for help and they were all really helpful and awesome, helped me find my stuff and get on home. excellent

During a 6 AM ( empty store) visit, I had an employee give me the dreaded " it's not my department, I'll find you someone." Eating for 10+ minutes, Jay came over, went above and beyond in getting my large toolbox from stacked cartons. He ( and the other gentleman that helped me load into my pick-up) saved this shopping trip. This location shows staffing attitudes vary widely.

I was pleasantly surprised with the fast, friendly service I received on my recent visit to Home Depot.

people there ignore you, and ive had a couple people scowl at me as i shop. overall everyone there is rude. people would rather delegate than work themselves as whenever i ask for help, they call for someone else to help me. there are times where ive waited for 30 minutes for help as well. they are lazy and apathetic.

I had an issue with a product and I wanted to return it as it was not meeting my needs. Katie in returns was very helpful and I appreciated her professionalism.

Mary was very helpful at checkout as were other employees!

The staff at the flooring are very friendly and gives you full attention.

Manager was rude and very unhelpful in my attempt to return $40 with a receipt. Not going back.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I have always experienced this here at this store! This winter when my windshield wiper broke nearby during a snowstorm, I bought a new one at Home Depot and a member of their team helped put it on for me. This was not a small feat as it was freezing cold and snowing hard, a blizzard, and there was no covered area. He went above and beyond the call of duty!

This last visit like all other times shopping here, all departments were helpful,courteous and knowledgeable.
