The Maplewood store is full of the associates that enjoy their job. I shop all over town, but when I come to store 2801 they get the job done and with a great attitude to boot. Thank you for making shopping a painless experience

Kevin and the crew today made us feel great. They were very nice to our dog, gave him pets, gave him treats, and gave him compliments. We were directed to the nails we needed. It was a very pleasant experience. Home Depot is one of the few places that give Military discount too.

I do want someone to know that Wendy at the contractor desk helped me finish a credit card that didn’t go through the day before so I would really appreciate if you could give her credit for the help so I could get my homedepo credit card today thanks and she really is a lot of help at that desk thanks

Employees were very helpful. I didn’t have to ask for help. They volunteered. Also they were easily found in each dept. unlike competitors stores. I will always come here first. Thank you.

Home Depot had the best sale price on the models of appliances I was looking for, and a very open and flexible delivery schedule! Bob and Sonya in the appliance department were very helpful, and Mary Pat at the checkout was efficient and nice. Extremely organized store with lots of available and friendly help.

I was working with John, who was maintaining the light bulb area and he was absolutely fantastic. I had an outdated light fixture that had a light-bulb that was gong to be difficult to locate. he exhausted all the options for me and advise the specific codes I need to search for on the unit itself. I decided to purchase a new unit and he walked me though all the options and even opened up the unit to make sure everything was in it prior to me purchasing it.

I have always been respected and received great service.

Always friendly and helpful. Today I walked in, asked about my special order, picked up an item from the garden shop, received my special order, paid for my purchase and was out the door in under 5 minutes.

Went in to purchase barn doors. An associate named Mike was assisting me. I tried to give him the measurements of the size doors I needed. He decided they were going to be to much (which he was not paying for them) and told me what I was trying to do was not going to work. He then tries to force me to buy something totally different and cheap looking. He didn’t know how to look up what I wanted to purchase and was not clear about the installation. He first told me $200 then $250 and it was clearly in black and white in the book he was looking at and had his finger on under $190. He told me that his suggestion would be to put in closet doors that slide to the side but it would always block one side of the door. He picked out doors that were unfinished and said I would have to stain them and go online to this website and order the hardware and after I did all that come in to do the installation. Then insulted me by saying it might not look the way I wanted it to or be what I wanted but this is the best solution. I have a problem when I go in to purchase something and someone tries to take my choices away from me. I don’t know why he thought he was Martha Stewart for my home. To me he was straight up lazy. I took my business somewhere else and got what I wanted. Home Depot is ok for picking up paint, light bulbs, and a plunger but for semi major things or projects go to someone who specializes in it. Will say you from paying more for someone else’s lack of not trying to help you.

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot location near my residence because they always seem to have the products I need in stock at a reasonable price . There is a store associate close by should I need assistance. I also am glad for the disabled Veterans parking, and the 10% discount on any products I may purchase as a military veteran.

One of the best Home Depot stores I have visited... and I go to Home Depot a lot! Associates are friendly and don't run away from customers like the do at other home improvement stores. Well stocked and lots of options for what you are looking for. My go to place for all I need around the house and yard. Amazing plant selection year round especially in the spring. If this store doesn't have it and it is not food or beer you don't need it! Only complaint I have is I wish it had a tool rental center. Closest one is either Inver Grove Heights or (I think) Fridely :(

The associates at this store are really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I love that if I have a question, they don't just point me to some random isle but instead, walk me over there and make sure I find what I'm looking for. Excellent service!

I know retail, and I have been shopping here for a long time (21 years)with my older brothers and my father, this store must have awesome leaderships and an outstanding manager to look this good. Especially from their LUMBER side to their PHENOMENAL GARDEN dept. EAST SIDE ST.PAUL YEAH YEAH!!!

Having shopped at Home Depot stores in several states and with others in the St. Paul-Minneapolis areas, have found this store to be outstanding. Staff are friendly, and most importantly, seem well-trained and knowledgeable about their product areas. Good access to supervisors or managers if they need to take a customer problem to the next level.

At this time I would not recommend this store. In my personal experience the employees werent very helpful or approachable.

I was looking for a Dremel drill for a fathers day gift and a young lady named Chris helped me she was eager to help me! Very attentive, kind and professional! It was such a breath of fresh air to walk into a store and have someone there that wants to help you!
