Came into store to return a product but had a concern. The store employee’s were so rude and uncaring about my issue. They had no intent on helping me resolve my issue. The supervisor Jackie told me to “take that up with your bank” I was appalled all three associates I dealt with today Anton, Cassie, and Jackie were RUDE. I will never return to spend my money in this establishment.

Some employees are friendly & helpful, others don't open their mouth to even say Hello or Thank You.

Came looking for two items which I found by wandering thru the whole length of the store. 1 person said "Hello" to me. Everyone else ignored me or was focused on tasking. Overall, an unfriendly store.

Employees need to be more readily available for customer needs and your corporate office needs to offer the manpower for your staffing needs. I had to wait to long after driving 45 minutes to my closet location. Used the call button and had another employee who was busy radio for help in the tool department. I was there to purchase a product on sale that was behind a locked cage.

Visited the store yesterday, 11/15/2023 and needed a screw that wasn’t out on the sales floor and very hard to find. Needless to say. Glen answered the page for an associate to help, came over and didn’t leave until he found the perfect product for me. I truly appreciate him and will definitely return to the store to buy more project supplies.

The hose I bought was great, and the eservice was better and the Military discount was the icing on the cake. I've gone to this store many times and I've never been disappointed.

I went to get a key made and was insulted by the cashier, as if making a key on a self service kiosk is a hard thing. I’ve had to remake numerous keys at Home Depot bc the keys at self service kiosks at competitors do not work. So imagine the disappointment when i was Told its user error, and that “im going to let you keep talking because you just saying anything” I don’t know if Jabba was hungry or missed lunch, or whatever, but her attitude was not needed. Her co worker on the other hand was quite pleasant. Wish I had of got her name, as well as Jabba’s real name.

I've always found everything In stock that I wanted to purchase. I'm often impressed with the variety of products I didn't expect to find, but had to have. Who knew how fun shopping can be at a home center shop...love it.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Robert Bannon in blinds gets an A++++. He provided details, pricing, comparables, and most importantly sale options. In fact, I was going to get my blinds at "3 Day Blinds" but decided to go with Home Depot because of Rob. Well done

Came in to get plants and paint. Did not feel rushed. Good atmosphere and pleasant employees. All the plants looked healthy and freshly watered. Store was clean and organized.

Female employee at self checkout abruptly stops my paynow process to what she hesitates to say “needed to print a receipt”. Cleared my screen and rescans my items. I asked what happened and the response abt the receipt comes up, turns to the 2 boxes and says “oh u have 3?” Me: No there’s indeed 2 while seperating them. In my head I’m asking why my register to print it? She walked away without an apology nor farewell after my purchase!

Jeffrey, Jim, Danny, Karen, Sully, and Glen are always willing and able to help me. We do a lot of business on the pro desk and I am at the store several times a day at least 5 days a week. I appreciate them greatly. Frank in plumbing and Nathanya in kitchen cabinets and appliances are also life savers for me. They both know their crafts extremely well and make my job easier as a result.

I love coming to Home Depot in Matteson, IL. I shop there all the time, there are some many quality items I purchase. Home Depot always have a sale on something. Like most women, I take my time and look for sales.. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I bought some home cleaning items and an accessory for my dryer. I researched on the app where the items I needed were located. While I was in the store I remembered that I needed some grout. As I walked in the aisle there was a person who assisted me in finding the right grout and color. Im so grateful
