I never have to find an employee when I need to find something in the store. I like the fact that I can always find someone in the aisles, or they ask me if I need help if look lost or confused!

HOME DEPOT IS THE BUM, THEY ALWAYS SAVE THE DAY FOR ME. I AM A SINGLE WOMAN AND I DON'T HAVE A LOT OF HELP. SO WHEN I NEED SOME WORK DONE AROUND MY HOUSE AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET THE JOB DONE HOME DEPOT IS THE MY GO TO PLACE. ANY THING I DON'T UNDER STAND THEY TAKE THE TIME AND EXPLAIN WHAT I NEED AND HOW I NEED TO DO THINGS. I'M REALLY GLADE HOME DEPOT IS HERE FOR ME. SO NOW WHEN PEOPLE ASK ME WHO DID THE WORK IN YOUR HOME , AND I SAY (I DID) AND THEN THEY LOOK AT ME AND SAY YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT WORK . AND THAT'S WHEN I SMILE AND THINK OF ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE AT HOME DEPOT THAT TOOK THE TIME AND SHOWED ME HOW TO DO LOTS OF THINGS THAT ANY PERSON CAN DO TO THEIR HOME AND FILL GOOD ABOUT IT. SO YES I DID IT MY SELF ,( WITH THE PATIENCE OF THE STAFF AT HOME DEPOT. THANKS HOME DEPOT

I had a good experience today in the paint department. Diane was very helpful and is a true example a great customer service.

Very disappointed with my experience at this Home Depot. I purchased a new generator at the store and discovered when I got home in the box it was not the one I paid for as described on the box but a used different generator. I returned the generator for a refund and told the manager what happened but was denied. Erroneously the store manager must have thought I swapped out the new generator with a used one. The manager also said another customer had a similar complaint about a generator he bought was not the one in the box that same day. Very disappointed and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and local news channels if this matter isn't resolved.

Overall good store. I bought a Honda push mower today, the choices were pretty slim but being a seasonal product it is understandable. Gentleman who helped me was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. Check our was faster than usual but could improve on friendliness. Not bad but could be better.

Because of all the in store delivery complications due to the virus, my sales person went the extra mile to locate product for me and arrange for the delivery.

This is my friendly neighborhood Home Depot. The store is clean and organized, and the associates are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Thank you Matteson Home Depot.

Store manager had bad customer service. Mistakes will happen but you should never expect the customer to take the loss.

Overall I was pleased with the service I received today. The young lady NAT was very helpful. She was able to answer my questions without hesitation.

The store was neat and well kept. Team members were always available to assist.

Very clean store and attentive and informative people on various product knowledge.

Home Depot is my favorite store. I get lost in dreams about projects as I roam up and down the aisles. So many great things to help in improving my home. The staff are great and always willing to assist and provide their expertise. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I always shop at this store , and have always been satisfied , the store is always clean. The clerks are kind and helpful.

B, he came to my crib and helped me put my tv up on the wall.. He wouldn’t accept a payment. He told me to pay it forward and help someone else. Great energy and an even better person.

Never judge a book by its cover. A young man at this store full of tattoos and baseball cap and gold chains is humble and polite. Very respectful and a man of his word. I hope management really pay attention to these so they can acknowledge the young man and know what he contribute

My experience with customer service was one of the worst I've had as a consumer looking for service in product and installation as advertised. Starting January 6, with scheduled meeting with store rep. till February 11, after weeks of calling to fellow-up on product shipment to store in completion to scheduling delivery of flooring to customer, to contacting contractors with up date to contact customer and schedule date for floor installation! It was heart breaking to after waiting weeks and making all the necessary removals of washroom toilet, floor and vanity and two rooms emptied. Within 15 minutes of arrival I watched the contractors leave because they needed to level the floor before installing flooring with a cost of almost $1600.00 extra in paid service on January 12, of $1368.00 in advance.

If anyone visit this store go find the short young man. Very helpful and pleasant. Makes you feel appreciated and more then just a customer
