THE STAFF WAS SO BUSY SOCIALIZING WITH EACH OTHER THAT THEY DID NOT PAY ATTENTION TO ENSURE THAT MY PURCHASE WAS DONE PROPERLY AND CONSEQUENTLY RESOLD MY ITEM AND DID NOT REALIZE IT UNTIL I CALLED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENT TO PICK IT UP, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE

The associate at the checkout was very rude and not willing to assist

I WAS DIRECTED RIGHT TO THE AREAS OF THE PRODUCTS I NEEDED

Aamir I live close to this Home Depot and every time I come here this young man AAmir is always so helpful this is exactly why I like to come to this one extremely helpful

Kay and Aamir were awesome at their customer service. It was a as a blessing to meet them. Aamir is great and k ow the store like the back of his hand which was truly time saving. Kay was awesome at the cash register...I had a few questions about pricing g and she made me feel comfortable during the entire process. Home Depot needs more employees like Aamir and Kay. They are great assets for the company.

I absolutely love this location due to friendliness and helpful staff. Never encountered a bad or unprofessional issue.

Store was clean and isles clear, staff was knowledgable and friendly, great stock and the doors were less expensive than what I would have waited a week for Menards to ship in just for me.

The store has items needed to improve homes and the workers are at the best to help the customers. The work environment is superb. Keep the good work.

My visit today was excellent. As soon as I entered the lumber department a very nice and knowledgeable associate greeted me. He showed me items that I was looking for, explained them to me, and cut them to the correct size. Just perfect timing by an awesome associate.

The store is well-maintained. Whenever my husband and I go here, we are treated with kindness, patience, and knowledgeable input. It’s a great place to shop!

WOW!! What a terrible attitude from the woman at the self-checkout!! Maybe just having a bad day (but I doubt it), but talk about an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE attitude for simply asking her to apply my veterans discount. I realize she doesn’t represent the other employees who I imagine are quite nice but if she’s THAT unhappy at work she really needs to reconsider her employment future.

Clean store great prices and friendly people

The store was very clean and the associates were very freandly.

There's allot of selection and competition please share that with your associations. Customer service is a key component of any establishment and the lack of it can destroy many opportunities.

Service is Everything. When you deal with the Pro Desk guys you get great service and best of all quality merchandise. Sometimes there's a short wait but that's because the person who came in before you is entitled to the same kind of service you know you are going to get. It's always worth the wait.

I recently purchased the wrong faucet connections and the employee spent almost considerable time checking the fittings to make sure it was correct. I really appreciated it because he showed real concern for me and went out of his way to assist me. As a senior citizen, I really thought he went beyond his job description.
