Home Depot is wonderful...we were immediately greeted and asked if we needed help...our salesman, Darren, immediately showed us what we were looking for and even carried the heavy purchase out to our automobile and thanked us for shopping there.

It's nice to shop at Home Depot, especially a big box retailer where people treat you special, answer your questions, and find employees who know how to discuss their products in detail. Plus, know where the products are located in the store.

Very helpful staff. I had no less than a half dozen associates ask if I needed help. I love that !!!

On multiple occasions, I have checked inventory counts on the Home Depot website before heading to the store to purchase/pick-up... only to find out that the items are out of stock despite the website saying that there are some in stock. Meanwhile, the Home Depot associates are bad-mouthing their own company website to me about how many times this happens with the website being out of sync with actual inventory counts.

Everytime I come into this store I am greeted with a smile and when I need help associates are eager to step in and lend it. The staff here is A1!

Just like other home improvement stores, your employees don't pay attention to female shoppers.

Athena in the flooring department was very friendly and helpful! She was very knowledgeable, explained things well, and had great follow through on my order. This store in general has a larger selection of items and always had a good experience.

Jose in hardware and his teammate both went above and beyond to assist me in getting the right items for my project. They were knowledgeable and genuinely interested. I Definitely recommend this store!

Donnie, Doug and Tony in lumber and I suppose other departments, all helped my husband and I figure out the best way to approach our project. They were not from the department we needed help in but they were so great with finding a solution for us and explored all options. They were fantastic. Thank you guys!

Excellent experience shopping at this particular store.

Every time I visit this store, the service and assistance is great. Just walking around the store, numerous store associates ask if they can help. I visit this store every weekend and always feel welcome. I have visited other hardware stores and just do not get the type of help I need to get what I need and get home to start my next project. Although I spend way to much on every visit. :)

This Homedepot has always been a good place for me to shop. I find the store attendants are very helpful.

Prompt and friendly service. Employees walk with you to the item you looking for and help you find exactly what you need. Patient and willing to assist in any way. Smooth check out and help to car with heavier items. Store was clean and signage was excellent.

store & store mgt great

While using the self checkout, I showed the cashier my Veteran ID as asked for the discount. Her demeanor, body language and lack of verbal contact made me feel like I was bothering her. I did not feel welcome or appreciated at all. This was a very poor experience for me.

The cashiers were both on their cell phones and the line to check out got very long. My cashier, according to the receipt, was Brandy Michelle, a short white woman with short blonde hair. She was on a personal call and made me wait even after I got to her register. After she hung up I told her she shouldn't be on personal calls while people are waiting to check out and she just gave me a nasty smirk. You should ban employees from using cell phones for personal calls while working on the floor.

John Cusac was very knowledgeable and was able to help assist me in finding the correct storm door, color, style, and matching handle for my situation.

This store has an excellent supply of merchandise and always seems to have whatever I am looking for. The employees are particularly friendly in helping me find whatever it is that I am looking for. This is always my first go-to store whenever I need something for our house or garden. As an extra, I really appreciate the military discount and, even though I do not typically use it, I appreciate the consideration given by the store in providing parking space for veterans.
