Great store with lots of items needed for home repair, building and design. Well laid out, clean, easy to navigate with huge signs above to direct you. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This Home Depot is well organized with an amazing selection for items needed for any home repairs. I am a homemaker / stay at home mom but it also looks like this store can easily serve any and all in the building / construction / repair / renovation / design businesses as well. The customer service and assistance was great.

Associate was very helpful in finding the item that was difficult to find, and the cashier was also very helpful answering my question and being so pleasant. Finding what I want has always been a struggle in Home Depot....this was one of the better experiences.

The store is nice and the employees are friendly, but I asked a floor employee about pricing. There was a pocket home jig online for 79.99 and in store it was 99.99 and I was told the the cashier would price match it. When I got to the cashier she told me ot was no problem and would take care of it. Then another employee cam up and said there was no way ther could do that. If that the policy that's ok but dont tell me one thing then do another. Honor what your employees tell your customers.

Great help in the flooring department! Paula provided the advice and expertise that I needed to select the best carpet and tile for my house. Because I could not come into the store due to covid, she and Eboni brought samples to my car! She also dropped off additional samples in my mailbox after work! Talk about customer service! And to top it all off, I know that Home Depot stands behind all of their products. We'v had flooring installed by them before and they've always done a great job! In fact, I really wish they did more, I'd hire them to renovate an entire house!

Store would not issue a store credit!

When an item does not have a SKU on it, the employee tells you to go find it and take a picture. Sure let me do your job for you. An item without a SKU is the employees problem, not mine.

If you have any plumbing issues/needs visit Ron in the plumbing department. He is amazingly knowledgeable patient helpful and kind. He walked me through a plumbing repair I didn’t ever think I was capable of doing. I am so grateful for his expertise!!

Another trip to home away from home! I'm there so much, they have a coffee mug with my name on it... haha jk... They even recognize me with my mask on.... one of the best Home Depot's I regularly visit... always clean organized and the staff... outstanding... really.... how they do that? Make sure to say hi to Jamie and Dee in Paint, Dee and Amie in Returns, Belky and James in Pro area... I have a list of others I will shout out next review! Thanks for happily doing your thing!!!

Poor leadership.

A neat, clean and helpful & friendly employees. Once you enter they will take care everything and you will come satisfied with tons of positive feelings. To sum up there is nothing which you can’t get it done. Actually this is my HOME store.

Worst pinestraw ever.

This location never disappoints with the low level of customer interaction and service. They are busy due to the number of subdivisions surrounding them. For the number of associates who seem unhappy to work here, it makes me wonder about the store management and how they do or do not take care of their associates, as it all flows from them.

Could not be happier with the employees of the store. Many of whom I know on a first name basis now. I've been a frequent (near daily) customer of this Home Depot for the last 10 years when we moved to Roswell after purchasing a foreclosure house. Obviously a lot of money has been spent at Home Depot. I appreciate the special treatment given to me as a Vet. I do wish, however, that one could use ApplePay there. My rule for personal residence or any of my rentals is that there must be a Home Depot within 10 minutes of the property!

The Roswell HD is a great place to shop. I always get the help I need whenever I go there and need help with my purchases.

Overall awesome store

I had a rather small problem on a smoke alarm which I brought to the store. As a 76-year old retiree, I needed some help unscrewing the device, finding the correct battery and re-installing. Two employees, one from Electrical and one from Customer Service took the time and made the effort to meet each need: how to unscrew the device; purchase and testing of the battery, and precise instructions on how to re-install. They greatly exceeded my expectations on such a small item! Thank you!

Was very impressed with the knowledge of products available by the associates Sean Sebring and T Jones. Extremely helpful in me making my decision to purchase. Looking forward to working with them again.

Waited five days for my new washing machine to be delivered. Watched them pull up to deliver my new washing machine only to find out the employee at the store did the paperwork wrong and they could not install it. Now I have to wait even longer. For them to come back and install it. I should’ve learned two years ago when the same thing happened with my oven I purchased from Home Depot.

Be very careful when dealing with the people that work at this store. Always double check product that they want to sell to asure that it will meet your needs. Staff at thus store do not know the product they are selling Really bad experiences.
