Was a return trip do to wrong part provided on the first trip. Chris, Laura and Joanna handled the return, obtained the correct part and repurchase and were very accommodating.

We had the nicest, most helpful employees. Chris and Jeremy went above and beyond to help us in buying Ryobi items and making sire we were satisfied with our items. Can’t wait to use our new trimmer and cultivator.

I come up with some of my best project ideas at Home Depot! They have such a great selection of building materials.

I travel to a lot of places and end up visiting Home Depot. This is One of the best ones they are always helpful, right there when you need Somebody.

I was forced to pay for my material list before items were picked out. Such items were not on shelf. They never credited my card. I left with nothing and my credit card had over 10k charged on it! Then I was told I would get a check in the mail, why? No cash was handed over. Do not pay for any items until you have them in your hand! No one knows what they are doing, not even the managers! Lost weeks of completing a very important job. I can't warn you enough!

I just bought a new refrigerator samsung that was about 20% cheaper than the other stores in my area and wow its being shipped to my house thank you.

The store is nice and clean every time I come in. Very nice employees ready to help you at all times. Don’t have to stand in line for more than one minute each visit

Everything I go in is good

I don't do reviews normally but felt I should due to an associate who works at this location. I shop at Home Depot frequently and I just to give Wanda the credit She definitely deserves She immediately greeted us with a beautiful smile on her face. She asked what we did for work and genuinely seemed to care about what you told her. It wasnt just a line companies make employees say and dont really care what you do. Customer service is hard and dealing with the public would be draining. Wanda doesn't skip a beat and she's great at it. I couldn't do it. Thank you Wanda. Home Depot you are lucky to have her.

Josh in the garden area was extremely helpful helping me with all the plants I purchased! I would like to add the gentleman that works in the seasonal area he helped me with a large umbrella both men were very friendly and so helpful! Thank you

bought pole lamps, plumbing for outside water systems, our water heater. Each efficient.

Wendy & Joanna helped us for over an hour to make sure we could get merchandise returned after the computer denied us. Thank you ladies!!!

For business and personal reasons, we have had to make several trips to the Home Depot in Rock Springs recently. Every time we are greeted by several smiling and kind employees who joke with our kids, help us all the way through the project we are there for, and just really care about you as a person and not just another consumer. They help troubleshoot and make sure you have what you need and even think of details we may not have thought through yet. I can't recommend them enough and when we go there, we always know we will get the help we need no matter how complicated the issue. Five stars are well deserved for this crew!
