Rock Springs Home Depot runs a fine store. Great selection and the staff were all very kind and helpful. The store was clean and had a magnificent selection of everything, and anything. Tayler and RP were super helpful.

Steve was the person who stepped up and helped us start to finish after a mixup on product we had called ahead to purchase. We left the store very satisfied and definitely credit that to STEVE!

We had a stressful day at the store.. when we checked out we were greeted by the best cashier Hayley she was kind, knowledgeable, and personable with her customer service when she told us it was her first day we about fell over she acted like she been there for years! Wish there were more people with her customer service made our day! Thanks Hayley!

Extremely helpful employees!

I had purchased the wrong item and had gone back to exchange it for the right one. When I realized that I didn't have my receipt with me. But they were able to pull it up with the card I purchased it with. But I purchased with two cards, a gift card and a debit card. The refund went back to the gift card that I no longer had with me. It had been trashed. The the cashier helped my by calling the manager over and was able to cancel that refund and get me the right refund. I then went and exchanged the item that I had wrongly purchased and in the mean time found a vanity that I had been looking for and purchased it.

Home Depot in Rock Springs Wyoming is an awesome store with great people working there. They take good care of you.

Store management and personnel are ill trained and prefer to treat customers like it's their priviledge to waste their money in this store and customers will adhere to employees treating them like crap.

The personnel in the appliance department where I shopped were attentive, knowledgeable, and focused on me as a customer. I was pleased with my shopping experience and spent over $1,000 there today on an appliance,

Ginny provided exceptional customer service. She was kind and courteous. I live 100 miles away from the Rock Springs Home Depot. Ginny helped me track my order and provided updates as they came available. I will definitely return because of the amazing customer service Ginny provided.

The store is very well-maintained and clean. The employees were very respectful and on top of greeting costumers. This store offered a wide Variety of products that could be purchased and in stock. The check out was pleasant as always.

ALWAYS check an appliance BEFORE you leave the store. Many items are damaged in transit and you won't find that out until you get home and unbox it. So, ask the employee to open the box at the store and LOOK before you put it on your truck or trailer. It's a hard lesson.

The Rock Springs Home Depot has a nice garden section. The employees are very helpful with loading the supplies onto the shopping cart and loading the items into our vehicle.

This store is very clean. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Aisles are very well marked and finding items are very easy to find. If you can't find something the employees are very helpful and will walk you to where the item is instead of trying to tell you.

I had a huge flat cart full of soil and no one was in garden to ring me up (this is in gardening season). I asked the service desk if someone could come help me. They said no. I clarified and said “ So I have to drag this cart to the other side of the store to check out?” The service woman smiled and said yes. How incredibly unhelpful.

I personally always had associates ask if I need anything or am I finding what ever I need. If I can't, they immediately show me where the product is that I'm looking for. Everyone is always helpful, the store is clean, bathrooms are clean, some of the best people I've ran into work at Home Depot.

Had an amazing shopping experience in the paint department due to RP whom is the best!! Had a painting project, RP asked if I need anything I explained I was paint my front door he took me to the product and explained how the product works and why he recommends it. RP knows his stuff!! I can't say enough...excellent customer service knows his products and knowledgeable in all of your painting needs!! My checker was excellent as well, Crystal came and got me from the self check out had a smile and asked if I found everything okay. Quickly checked me out. Great customer service!!

One of the best locations in Wyoming

This is a great store and we love to stop in. It is clean and alway greeted by employees. I have bought appliances and roofing but never have one yet it is got so many areas and always can get what we are looking for. Thanks forbuilding here and and keep the good work supplying what we need
