This store always has great customer service and they have always gone above and beyond for us when we have went into the store.

I find the employees super helpful and respectful. Love how easy it is to navigate through the store, and get in and get out.

We shop at the Home Depot in Rock Springs because they have quality products at good prices, plus the staff there is always friendly and very helpful. We have purchased many items from Home Depot and have been very happy with the quality of them.

This store is the best its been for at least 4-5 years . This store manager seem to have a better understanding on how to deal with people both customers and employees..

Parking area directly in front of the store is very crowded and difficult to park a full size pickup truck. Recommend parking out in the larger area and walking a few more steps to save the paint on your vehicles

I have always been satisfied with service and products from the local Home Depot. I have even made several special orders and have had good success with those once the customer service and stocking personnel figured out where stuff was stored after it came in. I have had friends, associates and relatives complain about "Home Deport" screwing their special orders up. I wasn't personally involved so I really don't know the truth of their complaints. Perhaps I am more patient and less picky than these other potentially overbearing people.

I have had good and bad experiences in this store, the good out weighing the bad. Ninety percent of the time it is good. When it was bad it was addressed and solved.

This store is not only clean, organized and laid out in a common sense approach of product display but its staff has improved greatly in recent months. The difference maker in all stores today is the human difference... ERNIE and CRYSTAL deserve Cowboy Donuts and a raise. They clearly understand customer service and being courteous

There is a very nice woman (Layola I think) in the department by the ladders who is very helpful and doesn't give up until the customer is satisfied. They did not carry the product i needed. I was grateful for the assistance.

I have had very good luck shopping at the local store. With a few exceptions, I can find the items I am looking for. The customer service people have always been helpful and have assisted me many times.
