The people was very nice

I went to Home Depot to buy a 14-16’ telescoping tree trimmer. As I looked over what was available, I also looked for assistance. A representative was 20’ from me and totally ignored me for more than 15 minutes, but NEVER missed a call on his phone! I left Home Depot WITHOUT buying the trimmer and went to Tractor Supply and purchased theirs!!!

Brought in two Primo water bottles for exchange, and was charged the non-exchange price. When I brought it up, clerk said "they" had gone way up. Got a return on that purchase and called Primo; and they hadn't gone "way up". They still do exchanges for $6.99.

I love shopping at Pines Road Home Depot because everyone is so friendly, and I have a favorite cashier that always checks me out when she is there because she knows I am always in a hurry and makes sure I get my proXtra discount entered

Christina was wonderful and had the best customer service and helped me with purchasing a patio set online for my childcare facility.

After searching the entire store for the replacement key machine, one associates just pointed and said “it’s up that way” before walking away. Then searching for a specific bolt and nut size without success I could not locate an associate but another shopper helped me. Upon returning to the front to the direction I was “pointed to” for the key, I was greeted by the sweetest smile and HELLO from Torie. Not only did she make my key she walked me to the self checkout and checked out all my items for me. She was so sweet, engaged in pleasant conversation and completely helped me finish my transaction. Her customer service was very heartwarming!! She truly made my day.

This has always been my store. I know all the employees. we hold great conversations and i am immediately informed of any great values they have to offer

I was introduced to a good employee named Railyn at your Pines Road 70th Street Home Depot on Sunday April 24th at and I just want to let you know that she help me find my lost phone until I found it and she found it so it was it was very very good I was very very worried and plus she stuck around and helped us out with other things so I just want to recommend her for any kind of employee of the month or any kind of you know just a recognition because she deserves it very very much so I'm very very pleased with her it's going to be part of the reasons why I keep on coming back to Home Depot thank you

I BOUGHT A VARIETY OF PLANTS AND THEY LOOK WONDERFUL

Typically Box hardware stores including HD don’t hire expertise for departments. The lady that works in plumbing knows her stuff.

I JUST PURCHASED A LIGHT POLE FOR MY FRONT YARD, I ALSO BOUGHT FERTALIZER FOR MY YARD. I WILL BE GOING BACK TO PURCHASE MY FLOWERS AND SCHRUBERY AFTER THE RAINS.
