This location is always clean, organized, and stocked. The associates are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

This store is located in the west side of town which services the Greenwood area. The store carries a good assortment of supplies for the DIY to contractors. Service is good. I love the garden area!

Even though there is another Home Depot store closer to me, I make it a point to go to Pines Rd. specifically for both my personal shopping and my professional shopping needs. The customer service I receive every single time I come into the store is excellent. The store is always clean, what I need is easy to find, or if I order online, picking it up from the service desk is quick and easy. The pro desk always takes care of me commercially.

Great customer service at this store! The staff is very helpful in each department. If a particular staff member works in a different department, that person will find someone in the desired department before they leave. In many of the other stores, I couldn't find anyone to take the time to help me.

I have been doing some major remodeling including a new kitchen, lots of painting, placing porcelain tile in 2 bathrooms and carpet in 3 bedrooms so I have been a regular visitor at the store. In fact my boys say it has become my 2nd home. I have really enjoyed shopping at my Home Depot because the staff are so very friendly and helpful from the manager on down. All the employees I have come in contact with have provided me excellent service, guidance and knowledge in my selection of products and services. I especially recommend the kitchen design employee Jenny Carroll who spent many hours designing me the "PERFECT" kitchen!!! Also the kitchen cabinet installer John Davidson was meticulous and top notch in my book.

I love this store partly because it always has a pleasant and clean atmoshere about it. The employess go out of their way to greet you and offer any help if needed. They're always courteous and very knowledgable when it comes to their expertise in their products. I always enjoy shopping at this store and will continue to buy any home product there whether it be cleaning supplies or building materials. Keep up the good work.

We went to this Home Depot (Pines Road) in Shreveport La. for paint after having a not so good time at the Bert Kouns Home Depot in Shreveport La. and the girl who helped us I believe is over the Paint dept. at the pines Road store. I regret that I forgot to get her name. She is very helpful and on top of her game. I live 70 miles from this Home Depot on Pines Road in Shreveport Louisiana and I will definitely be going back to this store for my needs.

I usually don't need any assistance when I come into the store, but everyone still offers to help and or suggest things I might need to finish the project I am working on that I might have forgotten.

The assistant manager, while I was loading my truck with other products, pulled the material I needed off the shelf and had it ready for me at the register. Saved me a lot of time so I could get back to my job site
