I bought these curtain panels and rods; can't wait to install!!

I was overpriced for paver bricks in the Garden dept. The price listed is 0.58 but was charged 0.78. To do the return you have to go to the return dept. Patricia there had an attitude. Said she didn't care. Honey, I care. I care about what happens to my money. It is not the customers fault employees didn't list the right price or the right inventory. My husband worked for Home Depot for more than 10 years and he never treated customers they way we were treated today by Patricia.

I was accused of stealing an P trap because this location doesn’t have mobile payments. I entered the store with my own p trap and when I got to the self check out with the new p trap I was informed that don’t offer mobile payments. So I left with my original p trap. Upon arriving back with my card in hand walking in I received a lot of nasty looks like I did something wrong. I asked what happened to the p trap I left at the counter the worker replied I took It. Mind you my mom just moved to this area so I been back and forth to the Waldorf location several times.

No one cared, so after speaking to six non-engaged employees I left without the merchandise I needed.

As title says they are helpful

I bought all needed materials to complete my unfinished house, including flooring and I am satisfied with the products

If you ever need an appliance, please go to The Home Depot! The staff are knoweldgeable and friendly!

I was not greeted, employee look miserable and discourage me from shopping. I wanted to spend more but the attitude made me leave.

I can always fine what I am looking for and great people to work with.

The employees at this store are pleasant and willing to help you out with what you need.

Despite having to use self checkout, cashier Amanda made the experience pleasurable. Unlike the other employees who stand around, Amanda was proactive and actually began assisting BEFORE assistance was actually requested. She also was readily available to assist elderly customers and maintained a cherry disposition. Kudos to Amanda

I went to register and inquired about getting a Homedepot credit card. The staff person helped me apply right at the time of purchase, and requested my card.

I purchased a home generator from this location. Everyone from the nice young ladies at the customer service desk, to the gentleman working the forklift, to the two that helped me load the generator into my truck - all were professionals and friendly. I will definitely be returning for future projects!

I went with little expectations of having a good experience but was blown away by the customer service I received from Hanna. She is an example for all to emulate in the customer service arena. Well done. I will return.

very organized ,,you can find everything , they have cashier who can help you no to much robot computer that take your time ,,

We had a great experience with several of the associates on our trip to Home Depot. Mr. Bill in hardware was very knowledgeable about his section and helped us find exactly what we needed.

I highly recommend this Home Depot for the excellent customer service. From the time you walk through the doors, walk to the aisle and the bay, searching for your product, to the short time for self check out… it is wonderful!

Compared to other hardware stores in the area, this location is by far the best. They offer any service you may need, carry the best brands, and have employees ready to help.

I had to get my own tool from the top shelf with the rolling stairs(not one person said a thing). Another customer told me this is normal.

Bought a complete set of all major appliances for my new home. The experience was above and beyond!

Great items to purchase

Customer service is spectacular, and usually find exactly what we need, and so many ideas. Wife loves new tools and the service.

I bought wood and other materials to built my deck of my new home about two months ago and it was such an amazing quality of products and I was able to work very good with Home Depot products.

The employees here are helpful and friendly. I had to knock a star off because the lumber area was missing most of its labels

I always have a good experience at this location and locating what I need, employee’s are always helpful even when there in a different department.

I purchased a LG washer and dryer on 11 May 2023. The dryer did on work properly. Called the problem in within the 48 hour window. Home Depot tried to fix the dryer on 16 May 2023. The dryer was still not working. Called Home Depot about the problem within 48 hours. I was referred to the manufacturer who then referred me back Home Depot to then referred me back to the manufacturer who then referred me back to Homer Depot. I was then on the phone for two hours only to get disconnected. Went to the store in person only to be told the dryer couldn't be return when their return policy clearly states you can return if problem is called in within 48 hours. on 19 May 2023 was the store manager will call me in the morning after the manger speaks with LG.

Poor service, most of the employees are hiding to keep from helping you and most are not knowledgeable at all they just work and get a paycheck...BAD BAD BAD!!!
