I bought house cleaning supplies

Jennifer at the waldorf location was GREAT. She really went above and beyond to make sure my question was answered and did it with an AMAZING attitude!!! I'd definitely shop there again, and recommend it to others.

The products are excellent but I must commend the knowledge of the customer service agents who gave proper directions.

This has to be the cleanest and most well-organized store i have been in!!

Got everything I wanted in a kitchen due to their designer and got it a sale!

Trina, 2563 00020 83525, sales cashier. Trina is the best employee I have met in 22 years of shopping. She was so courteous. A few weeks ago she assisted me in returning an item. So cheerful and nice to me a senior citizen the store was close to closing. Full of energy, so polite, a real Angel Trina is. She took care to ensure I had my keys and possessions. You should give her a leadership position to teach Customer Service and HR. Truly an Angel. Thank you Trina. COL. James USMC

Great customer service. Had all the answers for the questions I had about the toro lawn mower I was purchasing.

I went into the store on 2.21.2022 to replace some damaged backsplash pieces. They had exactly what I needed. I was in and out in a jiffy. This store is always clean and the Employees are always courteous and eager to help you find what you need.

Mr Karl showed me what I needed and cut the wood on the spot. Store is big with nice size ailes

I purchased carpeting for my downstairs and am very happy with quality of the carpet and professionalism of the installers. This is my go-to store.

I just wanted to return something and the last there (short, longish hair, name unknown but she's been there a while) was so nice! Refreshing, and I appreciated it.

I am completely satisfied with this purchase because the product I previously purchased, although it was nicer, it didn't fit the situation.

Found the Ryobi accessories I had long search, due the the dedicated staff of Home Depot in Waldorf.

We purchased our home 4 years ago and have had to replace the furnace, a/c, heat pump, hot water heater and refrigerator - all purchased at Home Depot. We have been extremely pleased with the service and the products

Home Depot Appliance Specialist Zakiya Cole at the Jefferson Farm Place, Waldorf Md is a credit to the Home Depot brand. Zakiya provides my family an outstanding level of customer service despite the Christmas season making the store extremely busy. She was professional, knowledgeable and positive which I appreciated very much.

Was finished finding my last item and as walking past service desk Debbie asked if i was ready to check out and took care of me right there. Was so thankful for this as I had already seen the long lines at the checkout

I truly enjoyed the joyful and courteous demeanor the employees displayed. They are helpful with all my questions and really knew what they were talking about.

The employees were friendly, so much different than other big box stores where they run when they see you coming.....

I experienced great service from the sales associate in the Appliance Department. A lot of selections, brand names, and price ranges. The cost of a protection plan for our new refrigerator was reasonable.

Sale Cashier- Zonda 2563 00005 57629 Her customer service was at an A grade. The Home Depot has an asset in Zonda.

Pay for the product and make sure they had enough to pick in two days. When we came back they have nothing from our order ready. They acted like this is normal and they fixed their error with a refund. We are a contractor and we have clients and our name in risk. We came expecting to have our order ready. Very disappointed in the service. After one hour waiting they are still looking for our order.

The Waldorf home depot has a cashier name Hanna. She is an awesome asset to that store. I wish her well in all she sets out to do in life.
