help find my new doors and hardware. Was veryfriendly and helpfill.

I had to get a large amount of wood (picket fence pieces) and the employees were very helpful because the pickets I wanted were at the bottom of a stack of other types of pickets. They got a machine unstacked the wood and helped me load my truck.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful. Shout out to Marcus in Electrical.

Ranee the cashier at the Waldorf location was awesome and very polite.

I don’t think they train the customer service agents. They don’t great and unfortunately, the agent that I interacted with had an attitude problem.

My husband and I had the most awesome customer service at the Pro Desk! Lisa helped us order garage doors (which were on sale - WOO HOO!), Lewis, Valerie and Erika helped us with additional items we needed - Drywall, nails, beading and everything else that we needed. The wealth of knowledge behind that desk was everything! They also all had the best attitudes and a great sense of humor.

I have been shopping at the Waldolf Home Depot for more than 15 years and I have to give praise to the employees that I have incounted no problem.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot, but the closest store is almost an hour away.

I am remodeling my kitchen and decided to go to home Depot due to the savings. The people were very helpful especially knowing my situation (handicap) were very respectful, even helped me push some materials to the check out. Overall they were very friendly had some good laughs and a good time spending too much money... LoL...Overall made sure I didn't forget anything and had all the necessary equipment and materials to complete my project. Can't wait to have another home project.

The "tool" guy was right there to cut my keys and did it quickly. He was friendly and efficient. Deborah helped me next, answered my questions and walked me to find the bird seed. She was delightfully kind and pleasant. I have been disappointed with HD recently. This time, they redeemed themselves and I will definitely return.

Every time I visit this Home Depot, they always have what I want/need. Employees are wonderful, store manager knows what she is doing. Do yourself a favor a shop there, you won't regret it.

I should not have to take pictures of every object and then fact check it at the register. I can’t even use the self checkout as the pieces are never the same in the computer vs what is on the shelves. Management needs to clean house and re-staff this store as I have yet to have a pleasurable experience. Do not recommend even making the trip

Omg.... Go early as possible, if at all, to deal with the almost guaranteed drama. Prepare for a scavenger hunt, depending on what is being sought.... If you can catch a person, they have always been friendly and able to knock off a half hour of fumbling for desired products.

I am a Home Depot long time customer. Usually I can find the items that I need. Staff are usually friendly and helpful.

I was really impress with employee Tim he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and help with everything.

Ms. Pat in the paint department is extremely rude. She wear a permanent frown on her face and give horrible customer services.

They are trying to train you to do their job for free. No cashiers unless you belong to the Pro Desk club. I do. No customer service when they have you to check out yourself. I only came to shop and expect great customer service. There is no customer service when you have me doing your job.

Use the app, find the product and place it should be, good luck finding it !!

The service was extraordinary in the paint department with Matt mixing perfectly and advising on additional needs for outdoor areas. At checkout, Tracie was friendly and professional and prompt in adding military discount - and a word of thanks. My thanks to the HD team!

My husband and I were looking for a storm door but had many questions as to which we should get. Jose was very helpful in letting us know the best door for us and the options available so that we can make the best decision.
