bought the Dewalt set of battery tools, so happy that I did.

Purchased a patio/deck door a few years back. We have been so pleased from the time of our purchase to the installation of the door.

On todays visit, sore was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful plus, they thanked me for shopping there. I would recommend this store for D.I.Y.ers

See the chick with red-orange or whatever hair color, she’s efficient. Plus check out the cleaning aisle, and scrub your bathroom.

Every time I visit The Home Depot at MacArthur Rd. Whitehall, PA 18052, I am more than pleased with the greetings, smile, patient and the priceless assistance every employee provide. I remembered met a new employee, sorry I forgot his name, who accompanied me to an aisle and assist me to get a "Round up" killer for weed and grass and a young lady who was stocking some items on the store shelves help him to get a Peppermint oil for rodents(squirrels) I was looking for. Definitely, this Store#4108 is a very nice one for shopping.

Long story short I always pay with Google pay I didn't know it wasn't accepted until all my stuff was checked out and didn't have my wallet so I immediately purchased a home depot gift card online and thought $80.00 would cover it but it didn't and I Saud to Janelle I would put 2 things back she smiled and replied no ill cover it thank God it was only $4.00.I often think about things and one is its the small things people do to make others happy.Thank you Janelle I will bring you lunch on my next visit

I recently purchased a home and have been to this Home Depot a few times now since for appliances and other items. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, and I’ve been happy with all of my trips there!

I came into the shop in a near panic looking for a refrigerator & Tim was fantastic. He went the extra mile to help me & give me all the information I needed. I am very appreciative to him.

On my trip yesterday to this Home Depot I stop a worker (Nichole) as she was on her way to the restroom and she still was able to help me with no problem. I got to the front and she was there and actually remembered what I was looking for and checked to make sure I got it. That was very kind of her. That is something you don’t get in most stores today

The attempted delivery of my refrigerator was a fiasco. I was not informed of necessary information which caused a failed delivery. Then when I rescheduled, they screwed up the scheduling and it wasn’t going to be delivered on the date. I canceled and have no intention of buying big items from Home Depot again. You need to fix your system.

I come to this location several times a week. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile. I’m always asked if I need help finding anything and I’m always asked if I got everything I need upon check out. Assistant manager Ron Is super knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful .

We experienced some real issues with customer service and the manager on the night of our purchase. I went to the store the next morning to rectify why my delivery was canceled the prior day without my permission. We were greeted by Tom N. who immediately took us to the manager, Carol and another associate Mike. Without the 3 of them Home Depot would have lost us as customers. Kudos to Tom, Mike, and Carol on great customer service and restoring our relationship with Home Depot. If you need help at the Whitehall, PA Home Depot go visit Mike, Tom, or Carol. I promise you won't regret it.

The products are high quality at a fair price. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always diligent to make sure you get what you came in for.

No matter what I come in for, I can always find exactly what I need. Weather stripping and a oil-filled radiator heater today.

Multiple employees with great knowledge help me all the time. Great customer service staff as well.

I had a complicated return/repurchase that the Customer Service person complete took ownership and completed it.

This was my 4th time this week alone, unfortunately was the closet to the property i was currently at.. they are never consistent, and employees with seniority have the worst customer service here.. which is so sad.. enough nasty people in the world. God bless you all

We had a total of 3 people giving of their time to help us. And it was not just answering a quick question.

I love this Home Depot. They regularly have good inventory of things I’m looking for, fair prices and kind employees. I especially love the steak shop out front too!!
