This was my 2nd time going to this store and the first time, since I use a cane, I asked for curbside pick up. I followed instructions and waited almost 10 minutes before going in. When I saw 2 girls mulling around in the service area, I told them I was waiting outside for curbside pickup, they just said "he was suppose to let me know" not sure who she was talking about. She then reached on the shelf and pulled out my microwave purchase. I was just thinking, they did not even pull it out. I was very disappointed.

I spent 30 minutes looking for the lightbulbs I needed and said 7.97 and when I looked at my receipt it said 9.79. I went to customer service and the lady went and said next time check the upc and the prices and that’s not my job I’m not the stocking merchandiser I’m a customer, I asked for a supervisor and I explained to her the same thing wasting my time and then she said it was a customer, I said a customer doesn’t put 4 boxes back and she said just give her Bc it’s just a dollar I feel very insulted because I bout 3 packs, it wasn’t my fault everything was placed incorrectly

The store had what I needed. The first employee was helpful and directed me to the correct location to find my items quickly.

Johnathon, the customer service rep was extremely helpful...I truly appreciated the service that was provided in helping me find the proper drill that I needed...

The store is always clean ,and every time I come there they have someone sanitizing the carts,this makes you feel safe to shop there and shows you that they care.The staff are helpful and friendly. They make you feel like we're all one big family. The cashier Robin kills the register. This Homedepot is my favorite one to shop. Keep up the great work.

The store was dirty and smelled like sewage at the lumber area. Items were way off from what inventory claims is supposed to be in the store.

Items are fairly easy to locate throughout the store

Customer service in store is good. However, no one answers the telephone.

We always go to this store in Whitehall and the employees are always helpful and knowledgable! we can ask any person where to find an item and they know which aisle. Everyone is always willing to help. I was highly impressed with Wesley a young man who on 2 occasions have helped me load heavy materials and tie them down in my trailer all the with a smile and a great personality!

This Store has many Associates who are eager to prove themselves in their assigned departments and give an excellent customer service.

Good store, employees are helpful, good selection for what I came for (gardening).

Lisa at customer service desk was so friendly and helpful! Today, June 6th 2020. I had to return some Laminate cases and she was extremely kind. Thanks to Lisa!

McKenzie is a great employee at the Home Depot in Whitehall. She took time out to help me with questions about maintenance and pricing on a few plants. She gladly went out her way to grab me a few bags to wrap around the base of the plants, so that the soil won’t spill out during the travel home. I wasn’t expecting that and for that Im writing this and showing my appreciation, for the time and effort that you took out to assist me during such a crazy holiday and a pandemic. Thank You

Great Store. Overall employee are nice and friendly. Helpful. A few crabby employees (esp during this pandemic) but you get that everywhere!
